My favorite place to go and we've oinly been here once! The place has a welcoming seating area if youbhave to wait. The spiral stair infront is an amazing view with the hanging chandelier it's so beautiful. The place is so elegant yet so casual. I loved the decor. The food was really good and the cocktails were so different. My favorite was the espresso Martini. A couple things tho, our waiter was not very welcoming, it was our first time and. Also the cheesecake for dessert was a definitely not good, we totally could've done without it. But we'll be back for sure.

From the minute you make a reservation, you are greeted with respect and compassion. The owner really cares about the business and it shows. We celebrated a birthday here tonight. The atmosphere is amazing, the food is healthy and so delicious. The ingredients are high quality, you can taste it in every bite. The cocktails are amazing. The service and people are amazing. I will definitely be coming back and recommend it to a friend. Honestly, I would give it above five stars if it was an option.

Great meal and fantastic service. We started with some oysters and appetizers. The oysters were fresh and sweet. We would definitely order the beets again, the egg roll was good but definitely not our favorite and probably won’t order next time. The mushroom soup was fantastic. For mains we got the mushrooms, the scallop special, the pork chop, and the meatballs. All were great. Scallops were cooked well but not the best of the dishes we got. The pork chop was fantastic and the mushrooms were nice and light with great variety of textures and veggies. For dessert we had the lingonberry parfait and the caramel cheesecake. Normally, we are disappointed by restaurant desserts but these were really good. Lastly - a shout out and happy birthday to our server, Stormie! Attentive, kind, good suggestions, and professional.

We went in last winter when my wife's family came in from Florida. We were so impressed we go at least once a week. You will not find fresher or cleaner Oysters anywhere in Salt Lake. Also the chef likes to do a lot of different specials with Sea Bass so it's always on the menu. If you're looking for steaks, look no further! Kimi's serves the best fish and steaks and everything is so beautifully prepared. The service is above the charts! If you're just wanting a fantastic cocktail with a a few appetizers or oysters Ken and Tai at the bar are the best! If you're looking for fine dinning they have several private rooms and a patio in the summer days with live entertainment. Kimi the owner is a great and genuine person. Kimi's was just awarded one of the top 25 restaurants in the entire state! If they broke it down I would definitely give top 5. You can also get in and out for a decent price but since this is our favorite place in Utah we do it all. Appetizers, cocktail, Great wine with one of the chefs specials with a desert to die for! If you haven't been you will be pleased you did.

We made reservations and got seated immediately. I loved the vibes of this place! It’s so cute, modern, & cozy. The service was amazing; I didn’t like my salad (nothing wrong with it, just wasn’t for me) and my server said she’d bring me something else instead. She was very nice! I got a filet mignon and there was nothing amazing about it to justify the price, however I would still come back here.

We visited the previous Sugar House location & loved it, so we went down to the new location and loved it just as much- if not more. The food was incredible as always. We got seated at the “chef’s table”, which ended up being a private dining room. It was wonderful. I highly recommend this spot to anyone. Great food, great cocktails, great service, great ambiance!

So I went out to dinner here last night, I got there at 5:30 and ww were the only people in there. The server started us out with free house bread and red pepper hummus . The bread was warm and soft with a very nice crust, the humus was tasty but needed some salt. For appetizers we got 1/2 dozen oysters and I quite enjoyed the mignonette served with it while the cocktail sauce was pretty plain. Then I got there beef tartar special and I wasn’t super impressed, not very much beef abc a very large portion of arugula and the crackers were dry. But I did very much enjoy there pickled onions. Then for entrees we got the lamb chops and pork chop? Very beautiful plating and good sized portions on each, but my lamb and the pork chop were both over cooked. For dessert I got the posset and it was just ok, nothing crazy. Over all though the server was great and super helpful!
