Sandwich chain offering grilled-to-order sirloin cheesesteaks & other American comfort food.
Customer Review Summary
Great Steak is a popular food court option with decent food but mixed reviews on value. Many customers enjoy dishes like the regular cheesesteak, baked potatoes, and the chicken bacon ranch, praising the taste and friendly service. However, some reviews highlight concerns about high prices, mediocre quality, and additional charges for drink refills. The fries tend to be smaller and the steak often described as unseasoned. Convenience issues such as lack of payment options also detract from the experience. Overall, while some diners highly recommend it, others suggest seeking better value elsewhere.

This is something I always get at the food court. Price may seem a bit overpriced but their food has always been good. Fries are kinda small too, but they always fry it after you order. Combo with regular cheesesteak is $14.01. They cut the steak in half for you.

This is the first place I’ve been to since I was a young man that served a baked potato as an entree, and I loved it. Mine had butter, sour cream, bacon and chives. It was delicious. The value was decent too. If you have a chance to go to City Creek food court, it’s definitely worth a try - I recommend it.

One of my fave places to eat! I often get their chicken bacon ranch and it’s delicious. The employees are always friendly. Highly recommend.

Came here a year or two ago and it was amazing! Did not disappoint a second time, got the regular Philly with Philly fries. I recommend to everybody!

Over priced mediocre cheesesteak. They don’t take Apple Pay/Tap, they charge for drink refills (every other place refills for free). $15 for an “average at best” small sandwich, fries, and a 20 oz drink is not a great value. Better options are out there for sure. Will not return.

Can't expect your typical $40 filet here. But the meat is decent. I've had a meal here several times. Good service

Original Philly: For the price you get a big meal. The fries and roll were good. The steak was unseasoned low quality beef. If you're a ribeye Philly fan go elsewhere, you'll be disappointed.

Good sandwich and fries. No free refills, and only cash for the $.50 refill… who’s carrying cash these days? Had to just throw the cup away and was still thirsty.
