My experience at Fleming’s Steakhouse in Utah was disappointing enough that I felt compelled to share. Honestly, this place is highly overrated and not worth the price. The portions were incredibly small, and the steak was far from extraordinary — it lacked any real flavour, I didn’t get ask how I wanted my meat cooked, so I mentioned medium rare, to my surprise it came more on the well done side. I was expecting much more for the price we paid. Extremely overpriced… We also ordered king crab legs and lobster tail, which were both underwhelming. The crab definitely wasn’t Alaskan king, as I’ve had it many times before at other places, and this was just not the same, in fact the size was the same as the snow crab leg. The lobster tail had an odd texture, squeaky sound when chewing that made it less enjoyable. To top it off, my wife ordered a Sprite, and it came as plain soda water. When we mentioned it, they replaced it, but to our surprise, the waiter topped it off with more water, not realizing it should have been Sprite. The service didn’t meet expectations either, server was friendly but very slow to check on the table, I had to wait for my bill for quite a while. For the price, I expected much better quality, both in food and service. I don’t understand the hype around this place, especially when there are other steakhouses that deliver far better quality for less. We were really looking forward to a special Valentine’s dinner, but this experience was anything but. We do appreciate the rose gesture given to my wife at the end.

I went to a Jazz game in Jan and decided to have happy hour @ Flemings before the game, boy was I disappointed. Ordered a few happy hour food items, everything was very ordinary and nothing was remotely outstanding, I was on meds and couldn't really drink and server lost interest in giving us any attention, wasn't worth the hype.

Had an amazing business dinner here. The staff was incredible. My glass was never empty and the food was delicious. The A5 Wagyu steak starter was the best I’ve ever had. The Mac and cheese was awesome too.

I just enjoyed an amazing dinner. David made it even more of a great experience. This was my first visit and when I am in Salt Lake, I will definitely return. Fleming's Prime steakhouse sliders were devine. The lava cake was the best I've had. Thank you for a stellar experience.

Great steaks. Great service. We can hear for our anniversary with our 6 month old. They were very accommodating with our baby. Tucked us nicely - so we could enjoy our meal without the weird looks.

Our server Heidi was awesome. Very friendly. The food was really great. The dry-aged ribeye with scallops & Oscar-style (which also had crab meat) is what I got. The seared pork belly dish for an app was great as well.

First time taking my kids. Derek our server was so kind to explain the different types of steaks. My son had the Wagyu appetizer and said "My life is made"! Everything was warm and cooked to perfection.

Did the fall tasting menu with a 6 oz filet and the lobster and corn beignet. It was awesome! The beignet was really creamy and paired well with the perfectly cooked filet. It came with a mushroom and brie soup and a dessert. We also ordered the seafood tower. I enjoyed every single dish!
