Just had dinner at the Hidden Boot Saloon, the newest pop-up concept at Flanker. What a great experience! We sat at the bar which was a fantastic way to see the whole space. The bartenders Leo and Gabi were super engaging and helped us pick the best drinks and food. We had the Whirling Ropes, Bow-Legged Swagger, and Cactus Cooler for drinks, and the Steak and Fries, BBQ Burnt Ends Wedge salad, and Carnitas tacos. The food was solid. Overall, a great time!

Flanker does a great job with a fun bar scene and quality food. The back bar is a blast with the current offering of the Hidden Boot Saloon. The saloon seriously is stunning in design. It even has a mechanical bull!

Not pictured is the carne asada tacos. Those were recommended by the server but was my least favorite dish. Decent place to go for something different, but don't plan on going back anytime soon, fairly overpriced IMO.

Totally instagram worthy atmosphere! If that’s all you are wanting, then this is the place for you! However, if you want good food and drinks, this is not it. Very limited and overpriced menu. You can't order from the regular Flanker’s menu which is unfortunate. We were wanting a meal. The drinks are extremely overpriced for what you get, but hey, they come in a cute glass that will look cute in pictures! We ordered a milkshake from the dessert menu and it was just a Christmas stocking shaped mug with solid ice cream in it topped with whipped cream. Not a shake at all. We told the waitress and she didn’t seem to care. We had to ask for it to be taken off the bill since it wasn’t a shake and we couldn’t even eat it (because we only had a fork) and she said we would have to talk to the manager and then the manager never came over, but she did end up taking it off eventually. Super bummed because we were excited to try this place !

First, I have to say that the difference between the New Year’s party in 2022 and 2025 is remarkable. This place has truly done an excellent job creating an amazing atmosphere and playing fantastic music. I had a great time celebrating the New Year there this year. As for the brunch – the food and drinks were delicious

The all American burger had so much flavor. The cook and food definitely hit the spot. Everybody left full and happy and food portions were generous. All around was a great experience. The manager even took the time to come say hi and introduce himself.

The Christmas vibes were on point--twinkling lights, cozy seating, and holiday music that made you feel like you walked into a Hallmark movie. The highlight? The make-your-own s'mores! They provided everything--perfectly fluffy marshmallows, chocolate, kit kats, and graham crackers--and let you toast your marshmallows over mini tabletop fire pits. Such a fun and nostalgic touch! The drink menu was just as festive, featuring creative moive themed cocktails that tasted like Christmas in a cup. The staff were super friendly and really added to the cheerful atmosphere.
