For a restaurant in a hotel, I was quite pleased all three meals I had, one of which was room service. The first night I dined in the restaurant, Pat was a wonderful waitress, very friendly and made great recommendations.

The food was amazing, especially the Cajun shimp. The service was very friendly and professional by Jodee. Anyone visiting the Salt Lake City downtown area must stop by so you can experience the best food.

Luckily, our delightful server, Jodee, made wonderful recommendations. My grilled halibut was so tasty (I devoured it), but I really wanted my husband's smoked chicken. He dove right in before I could take its picture! It reminded me of the best Texas barbecues with my family from childhood. There IS a chef here, and it shows. The chicken was flavorful, juicy, & tender. I couldn't and didn't want to stop eating it. When you are in SLC, this is a MUST!

Excellent dinner. The King Salmon was cooked to perfection as was the grilled avocado. My server Christine was wonderful. Truly a professional with timely service and attention to detail. Ask for her!

Service and Ambience are awesome, food is ok. Clam chowder and local craft beer hit the spot, the braised short ribs lacks flavor. The smoked spare ribs was hard, dry, burnt and salty. Needs better coffee as well.
