Food was great but moreover I loved the service and ambiance! Several staff served and helped us but all of them were fantastic people. Maybe the best service I received in a while. I am Asian and this shows they treat every customer with care.

Food was ok. Mac and steak balls were ok. Chicken tenders were bland and too dry. Salad was ok. Soup was too salty and cheesey. Pasta was almost rubbery and the shrimp and chicken were just okay. Not the best experience we've had.

Had a great time! Chris was our waiter and bar tender. He was the bomb 🔥 We got refills without asking. I felt like the queen that I am. The food was awesome and the drinks were superb.

This lady, I don't know if she was having a bad day or if it was a matter of racism because everyone at the tables was Latino, but in a rude manner and hitting our hands, she took away our drinks due to the absence of an ID... taking away the drink is the correct thing to do since the ID is missing and she shouldn't drink, but I feel that there were better ways to explain to the client that they shouldn't do it than hitting their hand. The first girl who served us was very kind and respectful. I hope she can find a better establishment to work for.

Leaving a 5 star while sitting here and only been here for 5 minutes, meaning, I am 100%impressed and happy with the service already. We ordered couple entree’s with sides with no bacon and didn’t know my chicken had bacon. The manager and/or kitchen staff caught that and came while prepping to confirm and ask if we didn’t want bacon on chicken as well. I’m very impressed with the attention they paid to my order…. Highly impressed and highly recommend this place any time especially at this location in Stafford, which is my home as well !!!!! #SteakChamps #ServiceChamps Thank you Outback, Staff and Management and specially Kitchen staff!!!! Leaving a 5 star while sitting here and only been here for 5 minutes, meaning, I am 100%impressed and happy with the service already. We ordered couple entree’s with sides with no bacon and didn’t know my chicken had bacon. The manager and/or kitchen staff caught that and came while prepping to confirm and ask if we didn’t want bacon on chicken as well. I’m very impressed with the attention they paid to my order…. Marvin S has now waited on me two times as I travel on business through Houston. Marvin is friendly, engaging, helpful and works the bar with precision. My second trip to Outback was because of the customer experience from my first visit with Marvin. If you want to see Marvin smile, ask him about the history of the Caesar Salad. What guest wouldn't want to know that!

This review is based on visiting on a Saturday evening. I’ve never been to an Outback Steakhouse so I was really excited to try it out. Overall a similar place to Texas Roadhouse, but better. The restaurant was busy so it did take awhile to get our drinks and food (not a problem to us personally). Kanaan was our server and he did an excellent job with being hospitable, friendly, and providing great service, getting our order perfect, all while being very busy. The food was good, the Mac-n-cheese really stuck out to me. Everything really was okay, the prices aren’t bad! This restaurant has a lot of meals that could be made at home and being in Houston- there are much better options out there. It was nice trying it out though.

Went for my son's birthday and everyone from the hostess to the waiter were extremely welcoming and helpful! I initially decided to go for the T-Bone but after a short conversation with Ulysses ended up getting the ribeye and I can tell you it did not disappoint! We also got the blooming onion, 2 different pastas and a NY Strip. I will definitely be returning!
