Princess Me
Terrible Experience – Poor Organization & Rude Management I had an awful experience at this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the place was extremely disorganized. The staff seemed overwhelmed. Servers were asking for cash tips after the mandatory tip 23% which is supposed to go to them, as he was the only one being nice to us. The worst part was the attitude of the management. Instead of addressing concerns professionally, they were dismissive and rude. It was clear they had no interest in providing good customer service. To top it off, the overall atmosphere was chaotic, and it felt like no one was in charge. Definitely not worth the time or money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.

Nice place and atmosphere. Tables are a little too close. Food and drinks were good. Big issue was getting the bill as there is a 23% service charge. Waiter says this mostly goes to the restaurant and he doesn’t see much of it. He wants a cash tip in addition to the 23% service charge. Such nonsense. I will never visit a Berg hospitality restaurant again.

Biggest problem is management, especially Krista. The wait staff was very nice and tried to be helpful, but the kitchen and manager were terrible. We had problems all night, they brought out the wrong steaks and the ones that were correct were not cooked at the right temperature. Then the manager refused to take the steaks off our bill when we told her we didn't want them because it wasn't what we ordered. She also had the audacity to bring the same steak out three times when we told her it wasn't what we ordered. I will never go back and wouldn't recommend anyone eat here.

Wow, this is a beautiful, temporary venue at the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. Great upscale restaurant and bar, featuring western decor, looks like you are exploring Yellowstone. Well done. It’s hard to believe that it is set up under a tent.

Ate in the steakhouse for a 7pm reservation. It was full. If you’d like to eat there, especially a weekend evening, walk in not recommended. Our service was great, despite Michael saying he had only been working for the hospitality company for a short time. He was fun. Price: Yes it’s not cheap, but this is clearly a large pop up operation meant to provide nicer dining in what most of the year is a parking lot. Costs to operate are high. The menu is available online, so take a look and don’t be surprised. Get fried Oreos outside for dessert if you want a smaller check. Otherwise the food was great. Steak cooked perfectly, and the sides were good portions. Plenty to share. Cheers y’all!

Went here on 3/17 before the rodeo. Subpar food and service. Bill was split evenly between our group of six. My check was $111.35 and I signed my credit card slip for $111.35. When I got my credit card statement two weeks later, long after I threw away my receipt, I noticed my credit card was charged $222.65. Twice the amount that I signed off on my receipt. Tried calling the contact number on the website as well as filled out the contact form on website. My credit card company also can’t get a hold of the restaurant and the voicemail box is full. I guess it’s easy for portable restaurants to rip people off when they just up and leave then don’t respond to any inquires once the rodeo is over. I will NEVER again go to the Ranch when the rodeo comes back to town. And I’ll tell everyone I know not to go either. What a scam! Shame on your poor customer service.

Music was good. Prices on drinks was crazy. I ordered 4 lemon drops shots it was $99.75. They add a mandatory tip fee so if you’re not careful you’ll tip twice. I would avoid this place not worth it!

We wanted to have a drink post concert on opening day of the rodeo. It was close by and looked nice. Two drinks were very expensive for not much alcohol. The thing that got me was the 23% service charge (I was not aware of) on top of my 20% tip.
