Prime 131

This was our first visit to Prime 131, and it certainly won't be our last! The atmosphere is warm and cozy, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed, yet upscale dining experience. One of the highlights for us was being able to watch the chef expertly prepare the steaks right in front of us—it's a great touch that adds to the overall experience. I ordered the filet steak, and it was cooked to absolute perfection—tender, flavorful, and just the right amount of char. Our server was incredibly attentive, ensuring every detail was taken care of without being overbearing. It's clear that customer service is a priority here.

Visited for an office Xmas Party in the private area to the right. Impeccable service and can't say enough about their attentiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail. I especially want to mention Ray, Haley, Gustavo, Elias, Lupe and Alex who took great care of us. We had a family style luncheon with 15 dishes which was absolutely fabulous. We got to taste many of the items on their menu. Every single dish was delectable. They have a wonderful section for private parties to accommodate small and large groups. We visited prior to booking the luncheon and service was consistent. Beautiful atmosphere. Perfect for date night too. Highly recommend!! Unfortunately, I was so caught up on how delicious the food was that I failed to the pictures.

Very nice place for an intimate dinner. The crab cake appetizer was well seasoned and artfully presented. The portion is very small. The miso cod was in a sweet sauce and delicious if you like sweet dishes. The baby chicken was amazing, juicy, and flavorful. The potatoes were perfectly cooked and so soft. There's valet parking and free parking within the same parking lot.

I booked a table for my birthday! all my wishes were taken into account! The staff is very attentive! the steak was perfect! the sushi was delicious! Cocktails are perfect and a staff is friendly and professional. At the end of the evening they brought out a birthday cake with a candle, it was very nice and it was very tasty! my husband doesn’t eat sweets, but even he appreciated it) Also love loft style design - looks perfect !

Noise level was decent. This is an upscale casual dining. They do have a full bar. The black guy, bartender is very talented. Mix drinks delicious.

Wife and I go casual fine dining when we can. We always try a new place. Prime 131 is not going to be a one time trip. It’ll be our go to. Louis, our server, was awesome…he suggested how to have the meal served and it was perfect. The steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Lobster was out of this world. Not to mention the best sushi we have had in forever. My Old Fashion was dangerously good and the peach/vanilla margarita my wife had was amazing. We cannot wait to get back and hope that Louis is there each time we are.

For dessert we had the cheesecake and the presentation was beautiful. Definitely a must try not only does it look pretty but it IS delish!

They had even asked if I needed help setting up the tables but I didn’t. Our friend ordered a family style sit down dinner so we were able to enjoy so many different things on the menu. Best idea ever! We will be back for sure to support this location and enjoy it. More than likely for my birthday this month because it was that amazing! UPDATE: Ask for Ray, he is one hard working person who will make your experience amazing. We went back for my birthday the other night and have not been in 2 weeks. He REMEMBERED my friend’s nut allergy and what I drank last time I was there. Talk about paying attention to his customers. Jaclyn, the manager… such a doll. You have to stop by and support this location. Thank you to my friend Tyra who introduced us. My entire party enjoyed the food, even one of my friends who is a chef was happy with it. A 10/10 experience!!!
