Patton's offers a unique dining experience with a speakeasy vibe and a romantic atmosphere. Many patrons highlight the excellent steak options and innovative cocktails, with particularly favorable mentions of the filet mignon and Patton's Old Fashioned. Service experiences have been mixed; while some guests praise attentive staff and personalized touches for special occasions, others report long wait times and inattentive service. My wife made reservations at Patton's for our first experience. I hadn't read the reviews and didn't know it had a speakeasy vibe. When we arrived, the only restaurant sign was for Savoir. We went into the brightly lite Savoir restaurant, and they took us around the bar and through a wine room door to the Patton's restaurant in a back room. It had a more romantic vibe and darkly lite. The steaks were great, and we enjoyed their chocolate cheese cake. Not as impressed with their potatoes and broccoli sides. Overall, we enjoyed our meal, drinks and atmosphere.

I went this past Saturday to celebrate me and my husbands anniversary, the service was not that great our waiter was the bartender I’m guessing and it was other waitresses that were checking up on us on our needs , I was very disappointed, we even asked if they had any specials or anything because the first time we went Jayden was our waiter and he was awesome , not sure was happening to the place now & than our plates were so simple compared the the first time we went. The first picture is the first time we went everything was super delicious & the second picture is from the second time it was ok but not as great as the first time

Patton's is on a different level when thinking about fine dinning in Houston. If you want to impress your date this is the place. It's a restaurant tucked inside another restaurant. You get a true VIP experience. And the food is phenomenal.

My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary at Patton’s. Best experience we could have asked for. The entire staff exceeded our expectations with everything from the service to the food. They made sure to make our 20th anniversary dinner a night we will always remember.

Walking from one restaurant to a totally different atmosphere in another restaurant in the back was a neat experience. Had a great strawberries and cream mocktail to start and it was very refreshing. The oysters were served like I’ve never seen, in a metal oyster. Weren’t the best oysters Rockefeller, but still tasty. Crab Mac n cheese, broccoli florets were good. The filet minon rare was one of the best steaks I have ever eaten. Lamb was also very good. Service and ambiance was 8/10. Overall a great experience.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I had a highly disappointing experience at Patton Steakhouse. We had reservations for 8:45 PM, but our table wasn't ready when we arrived. We ended up sitting at the bar, where the bartender took our drink orders. About 15 minutes later, our table in the bungalow section was finally ready. It then took another 15 minutes for our waiter to take our entire dinner order as no one came to our table and multiple servers walked by us. The first appetizer, the chicken liver mousse, was completely overpowered by dill. The bone marrow was delicious. They ran out of tomahawk steaks so we both ordered the ribeyes. The steaks were charred for medium rare with visible burnt flakes, and the chimichurri sauce was frankly disgusting—far too watery. We also ordered the under seasoned risotto, duchess potatoes, which were overpowered by rosemary, and finally, the roasted mushrooms, which they initially forgot. When we got our bill, we were charged for asparagus, which we hadn't ordered and had to request be removed. To make matters worse, we noted on our reservation the we were celebrating our anniversary, and this was never acknowledged. It was clear they don't prioritize the bungalow section over main dining area. Having spent the whole day celebrating our anniversary and arriving at the restaurant starving, this underwhelming experience was particularly frustrating from lack of service to the disgusting food. I wouldn't recommend Patton Steakhouse to anyone. You'd be much better off dining at Mastro's & Steak 48 or even Salt Grass. Trust me. No parking so you have to use the complementary valet.

Perfect dinner spot for Valentines Day - or any day, really! Loved the dark and moody vibe - for sure recommend the bungalow seating - it as really intimate and quiet. We had the truffle fries - steak - mac & cheese and bananas foster cheesecake - all AMAZING. The highlight was the Patton's Old Fashioned - which my boyfriend says is the BEST in the city. 10/10 - we cant wait to go back.

My wife and I came here for our ninth anniversary. It was absolutely the best meal we’ve ever had. Matthew was a fantastic server/bartender. The cocktails he made, and the friendly conversation was exactly what it needed to be. The steak was out of this world as well as the crabcake and the cheesecake afterwards. 10 out of 10 would recommend… PS get the Caesar salad for an appetizer as well.
