Customer Review Summary
The reviews for Outback Steakhouse are mixed. Many customers praised the attentive and friendly staff, creating a memorable dining experience, particularly for special occasions. However, there were several complaints about the food quality, including issues with undercooked items and flavors not meeting expectations. Some diners specifically noted subpar steaks, with one describing a filet mignon as comparable to a low-quality store product. The service was noted to be slower than usual in some cases, including long waits to be attended to after being seated. Despite these issues, some customers enjoyed specific dishes and appreciated the overall ambiance. Overall, while the service was generally well-regarded, the inconsistency in food quality seems to be a significant concern.

“We had a fantastic birthday dinner for my son at Outback last night, and it was an all-around great experience! The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure everything was perfect for the celebration. They even made my son feel extra special on his big day, which we really appreciated. From the ambiance to the service, everything made it a memorable evening. We’ll definitely be back!”

First time here, service was great. Waitress checked in often. We split the booking onion, which really needs to be split between 4 people. We shared the steak chimichurri. It was good! Cooked well. The sides were lacking a little. The Brussel sprouts were not cooked well. The potato was good but needed salt and pepper. Over all it was good!

The service was good. The only issue I had was the blooming onion being a bit salty other than that it was a nice dinner 🥘

I was surprised with the slower service and attentiveness of the waitress and the bar area For this visit. All other visits have been perfect! Even more so the television screens. Food was good and when it eventually came out the evening turned out to be a very nice one. Just very surprised that it took so long for someone to ome to our table after we sat down. We're talking 20 minutes. Edit: again, another restaurant that we frequent The food delivers but your service is not to standard in kind of going downhill. New people? More training?

Had a great time with my friends today. Had the Boomerita drinks. I personally liked them and sirloin and grilled shrimps with veggies.

The WORST steak I have had in a long time, if not ever!!! I had the Victoria's Filet Mignon butterflied and cooked medium-well. It came out almost rare, and I sent it back only for them to what seemed to me is microwave it. Smh. My filet was subpar and comparable to a $8 steak from Walmart. I haven't been to Outback in 20 years, and I now remember why.

Went here for lunch I had saw a few commercials and was like let’s try it. I started with an onion blossom that was not cooked and it battered in the middle and a taste of old grease. I then ordered the kings land pasta with grilled shrimp and steak . The steak were more like bites , dry and tuff (tasted warmed up in a microwave), the shrimp were small and had no real flavor. There were only two workers and they weren’t really attentive but when the waitress did come over she was very nice and accommodating. Overall the food was not enjoyable and the pictures on the menu and or commercials aren’t (don’t look at all like what you think your getting ) as advertised !
