We went ad a large group of 11 and the service was spectacular our waiter Kyle took great care of us, never an empty glass and the food was amazing. We went for Brunch service, and it was a wonderful experience everyone enjoyed. Thank you to the staff and waiter Kyle for taking good care of our group.

Everything start off slow and continued slow Very Poor Service 1. To start the drinks were wrong. 2. Meat got no seasoning or flavor it was bland they don’t know Rare - Well done 3 .Wasn’t organized at all I felt like the server Catherine she’s got an attitude and got no knowledge of the menu and what suppose to be at our table 4. Item we requested /supposed to be on the table were missing and we had to ask twice then It would take a very long time to come 5. Salad bar some items taste old ! Not fresh at all Dessert took about 40 mins to make ! come on now ! the manager he had come over ,he saw us waiting .I told him it what we waiting for and it’s seems like he went to the kitchen twice and come to us twice and still we couldn’t get our dessert I was there until restaurant literally close if didn’t close off the bill i would of tell them to cancel Didn’t meet my expectations at all . Hope you guys improve in every way possible.

Lalli (I’m guessing a manager), saved the day. She had to be our server because of very inconsistent service. We didn’t receive any of our hot dishes or sauces – had to ask for them. My water glass sat empty frequently. The meats did not come around in a timely fashion. Normally we can get full in less than 30 minutes. This visit we finally stopped eating after an hour just because we were getting tired of waiting. Many of the meats were cooked much more than medium rare. This location does not serve shrimp or pineapple slices. Bananas were not available today. The inside is much smaller than the original location on Westheimer, but modern and fresh. The drinks looked really delicious. Check out my videos of the bartender - he knew what he was doing.

The food is great and the salad bar was marked about each item. I have a gluten allergy so the waitress went through what I could & could not have - which was nice - but she showed me a list and not the actual items on the salad bar line. I am pretty aware what has gluten the majority of the time but a walk through would have been a bit better customer service. I did see how the bread that had gluten was moved to the side, however the gluten free croutons were right next to it. So that was a bit silly location wise & sounds like they need a bit more education on how to place gluten free and gluten containing items to avoid cross contamination in the future. Another thing our party noticed is that several servers would ask us if we needed anything & we would ask for items or specific meats and it would take quite awhile to get the requested item or items if we ever did. So it seems like communication is something that needs to be worked out by the serving staff and management. It is definitely something that can be improved easily with some communication! Not sure if we will revisit this location in the future or not. Also the entire parking lot being reserved for valet is pretty silly.

13th wedding anniversary on a Saturday evening. Despite a full restaurant, there was ample parking at Cypress location, fast and courteous service, and of course, an outstanding variety and supply of rich foods. My new favorite is the fried cheese with honey. Mark and Beth were our servers. Cost is high for this elite dining experience. I would recommend coming here for the once a year special event. Beth told us the brunch offered the same experience, lower cost and some specialty foods. Have fun! 🤩

We attended the grand opening and were likely among the first 25 guests at the restaurant. Initially, the service was great—both the server and manager frequently checked in to see if we needed anything. The salad bar was well-appointed, featuring a variety of cheeses and a soup station, but it wasn’t as expansive as what you’d expect at similar Brazilian steakhouses like Fogo de Chão. Unfortunately, the meat was overcooked at the start. As the meal progressed, the server and manager continued to check in, but they didn’t follow through on requests. For instance, when we mentioned the overcooked meat and asked for specific cuts (lamb, NY strip, or medium-cooked top cuts), several staff members acknowledged our requests but never delivered them. It felt as though the hustle of the grand opening caused them to lose track. This was disappointing, especially since the restaurant had already gone through a soft opening. Parking: It’s unclear why the valet needed to occupy the entire lot. While valet service (free) can be helpful during dinner service, it seemed unnecessary during lunch. Reserving only part of the lot for valet would be a better approach. Overall experience: It was just okay. Would we return? Probably not, as there are better Brazilian steakhouses further north that deliver a more consistent experience.

Fantastic experience with delicious food options, great service and amazing cocktails! The ambiance was superb and the cheese bread (more like little popovers) were incredible! The chocolate cake was insane and we were lucky that William, the manager, stopped by our table too!
