Victor was an amazing server. Authentic, genuine, and well versed with the menu items. We ordered the scallops, sea bass, sole, and some sides. It was all above average... the scallops had great flavor, but was only cooked/seared on one side... again, they tasted great and cooked well. The sea bass was exquisite. The sole was really good, just a little dry. The above sounds picky, but we will be back again and again... this was our first time at this location. I have been to the Kirby location many times.

Armageddon was our server! Armageddon gave excellent service and really exceeded the expectations. We went for a birthday dinner and really enjoyed our time. Everything was timed correctly and served promptly. The Wedge salad, with extra bacon and my filet was delicious. Overall wonderful experience and I highly recommend Armageddon as your server!

I usually go to Steak 48; however, I had the pleasure of dining here at Eddie V's this year for my birthday dinner and the experience was great. Our waiter Pete was awesome and attentive. The food was excellent, we had one mishap with the sear on one steak, but it was quickly rectified by manager Will. The ambiance was great. I will definitely return. There was one other part of this experience that impressed me and that is the Integrity of the staff. One of my guests dropped a large sum of money at the table upon our departure. Jeremy, who I believe is also a manager, contacted me on the phone regarding this situation. I think that was such an honorable thing to for whoever turned the money in and for that reason, this is definitely a reason to return back to this restaurant. Enjoyed every moment. Thank you

Drink: My old fashioned smoked with cherry wood was spectacular. Highly recommend. Appetizer: The shrimp was a touch above average, but the horseradish sauce that it came with was great. I wish I had gotten the tower! Main Course: The Filet Mignon was spectacular. The South American lobster tail was average, not worth the money for me personally. The sides I had were the street corn and crab fried rice. Both were incredible. Dessert: The bananas foster was insanely good. The cake itself was incredibly rich. Our waitress added the desert and champagne for free, which was incredible. My parents were in town and we wanted to try something new. I'm so happy we chose Eddie V's!

Eddie V's hosted a last minute dinner party for my company in a private room and I have nothing but good things to say. Our server was Leeann and she was a delight! She made sure that my shellfish allergy was taken very serious while also providing exceptional service to the entire group. The food and cocktails were amazing and we will definitely be returning! Thank you so much!!

A great experience, steak and lamb were not cooked exactly to our liking but they apologized and made up for it. I didn't expect anything but was pleasantly surprised. This is what service is about. I will definitely return!

Our server Alex made the night. We were there for a celebration. She was so attentive and observant. She noticed my mom was hogging the bread so she got us a loaf of bread to take home with written reheating instructions. My mom and I did not order alcohol so when she brought over champagne to celebrate, she made it alcohol-free. She also gave me a written card congratulating me with an extra dessert which was so thoughtful. I thought the filet mignon was the best tasting food of the night however it had to be brought back to the kitchen two times because it was too rare although easily forgiven because the staff certainly made up for it.
