Customer Review Summary

B&B Butchers & Restaurant offers a mixed dining experience. Some guests praised the delicious food, especially the Beef Wellington, lobster mac and cheese, skirt steak, butter cake, and salmon, highlighting attentive staff and a professional atmosphere. However, others criticized the service, mentioning long wait times, incorrect orders, and lack of server presence during busy periods. While the steak and appetizers generally received positive feedback, certain dishes like the pork chop and specific drinks left diners disappointed. Drove in from Spring to try their Beef Wellington only to find out they dont serve it during lunch hours. Luckily, the bartender made it happen!! He was very nice and attentive. We had lobster mac and cheese(delicious) and asparagus for sides. We also tried a couple of the old fashioned recipes they offer and found their Texas version to be very delicious. Overall, it was a great experience! Friendly staff, great service, delicious food, and drinks. Will definitely be back.

We had nigh expectations for B&B butchers. Or reservation was at 8:30 but we were seated at 9. The service was lackluster. They messed up my friends order and his wife's prime rib was completely raw. It took over an hour for our food to arrive. I ordered the dry aged ribeye which was good. The Mac and cheese was also very good. The waiter was hardly present. Overall for a high end restaurant the service was lacking and the food only decent. I would not recommend coming here. Maybe they had a bad day but they definitely lost a few customers today.

I am a filet girl and I got out of my comfort zone and ordered a skirt steak, it was tender and full of flavor and I didn't event notice any marbling or fat, as the quality was so good!! Must try the skirt steak!! I got it cooked Medium. The steak fries, however, didn't do much for me, I would suggest a different side. Atmosphere felt high-end when inside, very professional staff. When I visited it was a for a holiday party of 13-14 people and we had one server and a helper. It was a busy lunch. It would have been nice to have two servers to get the high-end attention.

porterhouse and dry aged ribeye was fire. this place doesn’t heavily season their meat, so if you like that, then this is the place for you. butter cake was one of the best desserts i’ve ever had. the sides are not too salty so was able to finish.

This was my second visit to B&B but my first review. The first rendezvous here was absolutely flawless. I can't say that for the second trip, but still a success. On the first visit, a work colleague and I ordered the brisket ravioli, thick cut bacon, porterhouse, brussels, mac n cheese, and butter cake. There wasn't one weak link in the chain that night! On this second visit, we went with the meatballs, pork chop, NY strip (not pictured), brussels, mac n cheese, butter cake and carrot cake. The steak was amazing, as were the sides and desserts. The meatballs were absolutely fine - nothing amazing. And the pork chop was a miss. The glaze was too dependent on bbq sauce, and the meat was dry from being overcooked. I didn't enjoy it and wouldn't order it again. Otherwise, a solid visit to B&B, and I would highly recommend it!

Popular and delicious steak house with lots of options for appetizers, mains, sides, and desserts. Also had a great liquor and wine selection.

B&B Butcher has always been a favorite restaurant for me and I was excited to have my girlfriends enjoy our weekly lunch here to take advantage of the Restaurant Week menu. The special menu offered many options. This time I chose the wedge salad and the pan seared salmon with wild mushrooms, kale & snow peas. Wow! The salmon was cooked to perfection- flaky and having been seared to perfection. It was rich with flavor. I also highly recommend the delicious bread served with three types of butter; a cinnamon/sweet, a tasty horseradish or a traditional flavor if you prefer. Our waiter was eager to take care of us; handling our requests, ensuring we were pleased with our choices. The hostesses greeted us with a smile and were ready to seat us. Valet was organized and prompt. The restaurant was very busy. Despite this, the overall service was exceptional by everyone.

4 Stars (With Potential For 5 Stars) Awesome Place, Good Food, Great Service… But Horrible Drinks for such a high end restaurant! I expected a lot more from the bar! A major disappointment and a huge swing and a miss! I will go back, but not for the liquor. They’re extending restaurant week another month. Well, they had better up there game on their alcohol. Server: Alejandra - Excellent Service Food: Pan Seared Salmon (Med. Well) - Fabulous, Loaded Baked Potato - Oh, so good! Dessert - Chocolate Cake - Good (cheesecake is better) Drink: Old Fashion - Bitter and Awful! Drink: Airplane - Absolutely Disgusting (couldn’t drink it)!
