So tired of ordering take out for our soldier only to have items missing. The burger was completely disassembled in multiple boxes. No butter for the rolls. Last order his dessert was missing for his birthday. Its 4pm on a Thursday. I'd hate to see how awful it gets during dinner hours on a weekend.

Each time that I come to Ft Bliss Freedom Crossing to pick up medicines, I treat myself to the Texas Roadhouse located in this shopping center. At most, I have a 15-minute wait, but more often, I am greeted and seated immediately. The staff are warm, welcoming and professional; the food is always hot, fresh, tasty and well-presented. On this occasion I ordered the 8 oz sirloin / grilled shrimp with seasonal vegetables and baked potato; to drink I ordered soda water and regular water with lots of lemons and limes (I took a to-go cup of soda water with me when I left for the ride home). I only managed to eat 1/2 of the food ( after eating 2 of 4 buttery rolls) and had leftovers for the next day; which reheated easily for a quick meal at the end of a busy day. I especially liked the grilled shrimp (none of the shrimp made it home lol)! I loved the family friendly atmosphere and numerous multi generation families that basked in the warmth of each other's company, and made me miss my own.

We had to wait about 35 minutes for two tables for our party of 10. However, food and atmosphere were great. We celebrated two birthdays in our group and the host was happy to do it. The staff was friendly and attentive. I love the filet medallions on rice with vegetables. It is delicious.

Always a pleasure dining here with my family. Fast and friendly service, and the food portions and flavors are acceptable. I especially love their bread rolls and honey butter spread. Those things are evil.

I’ve been a fan of Texas Roadhouse ever since my husband brought me to the Victorville location in California. I knew they had a location on Fort Bliss so it was the top of my list of places to go to when I was in town! My husband and I went on a weekday for dinner so they weren’t too busy. We were seated right away and the waitress was pretty quick to come and get our drink order. I’ll admit, I mostly come here because their bread rolls are AMAZING! They’re so warm and soft. Paired with the cinnamon butter and I’m honestly in Heaven. If I could come here for the bread rolls alone I would! We ordered the rattlesnake bites for appetizer, the description of the flavors sounded delicious! Unfortunately I think we may have come on a bad day because the rattlesnake bites did not taste good. Someone was heavy on the salt when preparing them and we could definitely taste it! My husband got the grilled shrimp and said he enjoyed them so I’ll give them that. The service was great too, our waitress was very friendly and attentive. I think next time I’ll have to try something else on their menu. I’m not giving up on Texas Roadhouse just because of one bad visit! I just will probably stray away from their rattlesnake bites for now until I’m enticed to try them again. I know their pulled pork sandwich was good when I went to the Victorville location. I may try that next time! If you come here for anything… come for the delicious, fresh bread rolls!

I hate that I have to give this place four stars overall since I can't give it 4.5. The food was good, a bit much on seasonings (a bit too much salt or sugar depending on veggies, salad dressing, etc) but I had chicken and the flavor was very nice. The bread was nice as well. But what I wish I could give five stars for, is the service. Super fast, and super friendly. Bread was left at my table as I was seated, and I had my drink and dinner salad before the bread had time to cool off! I was asked a couple of times if I needed anything, and if I was enjoying my food, which was also nice. I believe they do care about your experience and that makes for an enjoyable meal every time! Thank you!

The server kept our drinks coming with out us having to ask for refills. I really appreciated that. Our food was served hot and in record time despite the place being busy. The dinner rolls with the seasoned butter were so delicious. Had to ask for extra. 😋 Will be back for more. Enjoy!!

Probably the keystone of the Freedom Crossing shopping complex. Prices are reasonable and the quality of the food was very good. Servers were attentive and polite on both of my visits. Ample supply of bread and cinnamon butter as well as complimentary peanuts. Steaks were cooked to perfection each time, and you can’t go wrong with a side of chili.
