Corralito Steakhouse (Airway)

Bad bad bad. The only good thing about this place was the atmosphere which was great. But let me start with the night. We went in for dinner. We got to our table and everything was going great... then we waited forever for water, diet coke and a lemonade. Next i ordered a red wine. I was the only one drinking. I started my stop watch for this -27 min later....i will give them credit or appetizers came out before my wine and it was rather good. O mind you we haven't ordered food at this point. So we order. Food took 31 min. As you can see from the pictures it was setting there under a great lamp or something cause the beans are dried and look like crap. My potato was not even cooked. We went without water refills most the night unless we asked someone. They did refund my dinner and took it off the bill. I wish I could say the place was busy but it was not... just not good overall. Really disappointed because most of the reviews were so good. I can def say that we were provided worse service than 3 other tables close by that were full of women....

This steakhouse is pretty good. We were seated right away upon arrival and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean as well. The food was above average. I had the short ribs as an appetizer. They were a bit charred but the flavor was good. I ordered a spicy margarita, but it has so much other fillings in it that I couldn't suck anything through the straw. I asked for another drink and Wendy made me a cherry coke that was really good! Our food came out in descent time however the Beef wasn't cooked to ourselves style. The Ribeye steak was perfect though with good flavor. It took another 20 minutes before we got our other dish fixed and it came much better. Service was good. Wendy was very nice. My only issue was our plates kept piling up on our table. Normally stuff is removed as you go but we didn't get visit from the waiter due to other large parties....I assume 🤷🏾‍♂️.

The service was top tier by Michael F., but the food could’ve been a wee bit better. Considering that we went to the Original restaurant over in Mexico. Just a thought on maybe lowering the price on the Specialty Mac n Cheese (Kraft) add bacon for an extra $1 ($6.99)

My husband and I got the tomahawk which came with baked potatoes and a salad. We enjoyed it. It was soo good. Our server was Michael F. He was incredible! He was very personable. The only down was it took forever for us to get our food. It just seemed like the service was very slow.

Michael f was a great server; definitely wanted to make customers feel comfortable The cheese crusted sirloin tacos were yummy and the salsa had great flavor They are definitely taught to up sell at this restaurant though; however with that being said he is even better at his job, he does it all very smoothly (used to manage a higher end restaurant and we taught our servers to do the same so I spot it easily)

Michael was very courteous and took good care of me as a waiter. Had the T-bone steak, which was decent but a little unevenly cooked (classic issue with a T-bone). I don't mind a blue steak but I could see where someone else wouldn't. Other than that service and food was great.

My family and I had a great meal at Corralito Steakhouse. Our server, Mauricio (I think that was his name. I'm so sorry if I'm mistaken), was fantastic! We were all very satisfied with our meals. My husband got the porterhouse. It was VERY BIG! Both his and my steak were cooked perfectly to each of our liking. Not every place can cook a steak exactly how you want it. My husband tends to have to send his back for a re-fire, but not here! And the price was great for the quality we received.
