Salad was decent, salmon didn’t have much flavor but it was perfectly cooked. It was a basic experience, nothing wow or bad.

Came here for lunch! Haven't been here in a while...so why not! I ordered fire fried oyster...which wasn't bad. Main dish....spicy tuna sandwich (a little cold when I got it)....flavor of sandwich....great flavor! But those FRIES....loved it! Crunchy! Service was great!

We had higher expectations for this place. I guess that's why it was more of a disappointment. There were eight of us with a reservation. They cramped us on the smallest table possible in the patio area. Literally sitting elbow to elbow. After telling them that we needed a bigger table, they set us up with something better. We ordered drinks, and they were pretty good. We tried a few different cocktails, they were all great. The menu was different online, and it made it a bit confusing when we wanted to order food. The only thing I enjoyed was their Calamari appetizer. It's really good! The rest of our food was average in taste and not cooked perfectly like you'd expect, considering how much it costs to eat here. I had the duck, and my wife had the chicken. The rest of our party had fish and chicken Everyone had the same compliant about mushy fish, and the duck was weird texture as well. The sides were ok. I wouldn't recommend dinner here. It's overpriced for the quality. It is a good place for drinks with friends, though.

We went for Valentine's Day. They had a special menu for that day. The food and service were very good, and there was live music.

Came here to celebrate an anniversary, and we both left feeling very satisfied! The food might be a little more pricy than others, but it is absolutely worth it. Our waiter Joey was extremely attentive and accommodated all of our needs. We will definitely be coming back soon!! Thank you!

Food was presented nicely but average on the flavor on some of the plates we got, my wife got some chipotle pasta which was really good, I got the lamb chops with were lacking flavor, cheesecake was ok, it was a combination of creme brulee with cheesecake. Service was great, server was very professional and quick and the atmosphere of the restaurant was very welcoming. Will probably come back and check out the other items.

The restaurant itself was fantastic and would be a top-tier recommendation for anything on Mesa Street. The food came out in a timely manner. The food portion size compared to the price was perfect, along with the food being cooked exactly how we wanted it. I had the seabass, and my partner had the Duck. Overall, it was a 5-star experience and was a night to remember! Our Waiter Luis was extremely attentive, and Gave us fantastic recommendations. He Was very knowledgeable on the menu. He was patient and took his time to explain different menu options/ combinations. He didn't try to rush us into ordering anything and accommodate me and partners 1 year anniversary perfectly.

I’ve been to Mesa Street three times with my husband. The first two times we had amazing food, drinks and our waitress was awesome (she even remembered us months later when we returned). However, after our experience on Valentine’s Day, we will never return. We have a little one and my parents were going to babysit so we could get a much needed night out together (first time out in over 4 months). I called ahead to make reservations for a late lunch so we would be back in time to put the baby to bed, plus we love a few things on the lunch menu. When I made the reservation I specifically asked if there was a set Valentine’s Day menu or if we could order off the regular menu (and I specified the meal I was looking for was on their lunch menu- steak with chimichurri and truffle fries). After the individual who answered the phone put me on hold to check, I was told that if we came at 4pm we could order off the regular menu and I could order that meal (even though it was lunch). This is the ONLY reason we made the reservation. Fast forward to arriving at the restaurant and we were handed their Valentine’s Day menu and told we could not order anything else. My husband asked very nicely if they would check with the kitchen to see if they could accommodate as he knew how much I was looking forward to going out, and the host did check (after much prodding), only to come back to tell us that the owner/manager refused. I admittedly was very upset and just walked out… thankfully we found another restaurant last minute on Valentine’s Day, but I’m beyond disappointed I was lied to and then Mesa Street took no accountability, nor the owner/manager didn’t even have the courtesy to come out and talk to us themself. This simple gesture from the manager/owner could have changed our experience but they could not be bothered (even though the restaurant was essentially empty at this time). Mesa Street has lost us as a customer for good and we will no longer recommend this restaurant to our friends.
