Update: I called and left a message for a call back. I’ve yet to hear back. The business voicemail is also not set up. Our experience at Manhattan Grill was extremely disappointing. From start to finish, the service and overall dining experience were far below expectations. It began with a long wait for our server to take our orders. My parents were excited to try the Sunday Special, only to be told at the time of ordering that the Prime Rib wasn’t available. It would have been helpful to know this earlier, so we weren’t scrambling to choose alternative entrees, especially given how long the process already took. From the time we were seated to the moment our entrees arrived, an hour and 45 minutes had passed. Even then, we didn’t receive everything we requested. Two of the four steaks and baked potatoes were lukewarm, and one was completely cold. While the cold steak was remade, it arrived long after everyone else had finished eating. We also requested additional “bottomless salad,” which never came, and one of our baked potatoes wasn’t brought out until we were finished with our meal. While the restaurant did comp these missing items, it didn’t make up for the frustration and disruption to our dinner. When the manager made rounds to check on guests, we shared our concerns and were told he’d follow up with the kitchen. Later, our server said he’d ask the manager to return, but that never happened. This lack of follow-through only added to the disappointment. While our server was friendly, they seemed inexperienced. They struggled with wine recommendations and initially told us the Decoy Cabernet we ordered wasn’t available, which turned out to be incorrect. Additionally, they added a 20% gratuity to the total tab for a “large party”, though I do not recall seeing anything about gratuity being automatically added. We had a table of six and had planned to tip at least 20% in cash. The entire experience lasted 2 hours and 45 minutes—far too long for such a poorly executed, overpriced meal. Overall, this was a frustrating and lackluster dining experience, and we left feeling incredibly let down.

4.8 out of 5. My new favorite place in 5 points, Inside the old Texas Commerce Bank building. Hurricane in a ticky glass just to celebrate was quite tasty.. Charred grilled oysters were very good, But when you order ask for them with extra garlic butter and bread. Wednesday is prime rib special and it was very good. I will be back.

Stumbled upon this restaurant by accident and wow what an experience! Fast service, kind servers, and delicious food. Got the fried calamari, clam chowder soup, a dish the server recommended with fish, and crème brûlée for my birthday (on the house)! I also enjoyed a raspberry martini. Will be going here again!

The food is great, it seems as everything is made in-house, including salad dressings. The portion sizes are more than enough. I've been here 2x in the last 2 weeks, and I can't wait to go again. The holiday cocktails were so tasty and a little too dangerous because they went down a little too smoothly.

The Manhattan heights tavern does not disappoint. Great for date night or a special occasion! Highly recommend the drinks from the bar, hibiscus old-fashioned👍👍 Our service was very prompt and courteous. Also, our food came seasoned just right. The prime rib is an obvious choice, but the red fish fillet is hard to beat. ❤️❤️😋😋 I love this restaurant, and I highly recommend it!

We had the best lunch! My spouse enjoyed the rainbow trout with capers while I had my favorite Wednesday special - the prime rib! Both were perfectly prepared and presented. The atmosphere of this restaurant is elegant but not stiff or too formal. Patricia was our waitstaff person. She was professional and charming. We are amazed at what a good dining value this restaurant continues to be.

The General Manager was super nice. The drinks were excellent. However, the prime rib lacked flavor in the center despite good seasoning on the outside. The Caesar salad was underdressed, and the clam chowder seemed to be pre-packaged.

This is an excellent addition to El Paso. Seafood steaks with a southwest flare. The Seared tuna is delicious as was the prime rib. We also had the Branzino a whole grilled fish. The clam chowder is very good. Salads were fresh and done right.
