Customer Review Summary

Reviews of Logan's Roadhouse are mixed. Some dishes, like the amped up popcorn shrimp and seasonal gumbo, received positive feedback for taste and presentation. However, several reviewers expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of the steak, describing it as rubbery or undercooked. Service issues were a common complaint, with reports of long wait times for drinks and food, as well as lack of communication from staff. Some patrons felt the meal timing was poor, as dishes arrived at different times and some items were unavailable. While there were highlights in service from specific staff members, overall customer service and food quality were noted as areas needing improvement. The atmosphere varied, with some enjoying the relaxed setting, while others commented on cleanliness issues. In summary, while there are enjoyable aspects, many diners experienced significant frustrations that detracted from their visits.

Amped up popcorn shrimp was good with a good sweet and spicy sauce. The pork chops were pretty good. If I order them again I’ll make sure to order some kind of sauce to smoother them with. The stake (Logan steak) wasn’t good at all. Tasted rubbery so I sent it back. Their seasonal gumbo was pretty good amount of sausage and shrimp.

Had a nice quiet lunch here. Drinks were amazing and our server was very nice and attentive. The food was great too and didn’t take too long. Would definitely be back again!

I dined at Logan’s and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment we sat down, it was clear that the evening was not going to meet our expectations. Firstly, it took over 25 minutes just to get our drink order in. This initial delay set the tone for the rest of the evening. When we finally got around to ordering our meals, we were informed that several menu items were unavailable, which was quite disappointing. As the evening progressed, it became apparent that the service was lacking. Not once were we offered refills on our drinks, or bread leaving us to flag down our server multiple times. The most frustrating part of the evening was the timing of our meals. Our dishes arrived 30 minutes apart, which made it impossible to enjoy our dinner together. To add insult to injury, one of the side dishes we ordered was unavailable, and we were not informed until the main dish was served. Overall, the lack of communication and attention to service left us feeling quite disappointed. We do not recommend

After working a 16 hr shift, our family wanted to get together for my niece's birthday and picked this restaurant to eat. Our wait time was over an hour and being told it would be about 20 minutes. I understand its busy but no type of communication. I had to go ask the status and my brotherinlaw asked as well. We finally got seated and there was a broken chair. I put it to the side. We ordered drinks and that took a while as well as the bread. We ordered our food and it took forever to get it and when we got it , it was cold. Me and my husband ordered the Logan steak plate well done and it was red inside. My sister-in-law's family was a party of 5 and their food was barely warm and one of her plates was salty. I did request to speak to the manager and showed her my plate and explained the plates of the others were cold and she apologized and offered to cook another steak but I told her no thank you because in my head I was like how long is that going to take since it took forever for us to get our food and offered to the other parties options on their plates but they said no as well. She did remove the charge for my plate and gave my sister-in-law a discount for her family. Some of us got refills on the drinks and some of us didn't. Customer service needs to be worked on and after a long day at work this wouldn't be the place to eat dinner at.

Stepped in yesterday Friday night. Such a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!! The only thing that was good was the food and the good presentation and the heat of the meal. But the service was disappointing. We got sat, waited about 10 mint they brought the bread but no one too our drink order. Server was walking around w/o acknowledging us until I flagged her. Then we waited another 15 min for our drinks and another 30 mints for our meal. Lol 😂 we should have walked out. Dirty restrooms and the restaurant looked rubbed down. No recommendation here. 👎🏼👎🏼 Booooooo!!!!

My beloved wife & I have been there a few times. We like Texas Roadhouse, but we like the atmosphere at Logan's. More relaxed, I don't know how to explain it. The food is excellent. The manager that was there was great (I hope he's still there). Our servers were excellent. The only time there was any issue was when a huge family came in... in shifts... & they were, sorry to say, obnoxiously loud. Otherwise all was well.

Service was nice and server attentive but food could be much much much better both in quality and taste. Chicken tenders were very small along with the salmon. Mac and cheese was very little in the tiny plate and in general there are much better places to eat for more and better food and less money just a few steps away.

Service was absolutely amazing! David was very attentive despite of our party of 20+! We came for my daughter's birthday and she had an unforgettable night! The food was great and the atmosphere was very pleasant!
