First time here and certainly not the last for sure in my opinion of the best restaurants in El Paso and Far West Texas. Service is amazing thank you Chris our server and the food definitely follows super delicious and great presentation. Beverage program amazing I do not drink only they had a Pineapple mock tail that was very tasty.

What an incredible night! Let’s start with the ambiance—absolutely spectacular. The setting was cozy, and we sat toward the back patio, right in front of the kitchen. The Santa Maria grill was in full action, filling the air with the rich aroma of grilled beef—a refreshing change from the familiar scent of BBQ I’m surrounded by every day. We went all in on the meal, starting with a bone-in filet mignon, a perfectly cooked ribeye, and some beautifully grilled octopus. Every bite was exceptional. The mixed drinks were on point, perfectly complementing the meal. Overall, the food, the atmosphere, and the experience were nothing short of amazing. It was an honor meeting Santiago, "Chef" and owner, who also happens to be one of our customers. I was impressed to see him in the field, fully immersed in his craft. You could feel the love and passion he puts into his food—just like we do at Rollin' Smoke BBQ. We don’t go out much and had no idea about this HOT spot until our couple’s date night last night. I’m so glad we stepped out and discovered this absolute GEM. Already looking forward to my next visit! Super highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience at Casa Pantera. Our waiter Anthony did an outstanding job of explaining every question we had, he was super friendly and welcoming, he gave us great recommendations on drinks and food, and he was on top of everything. It was My husband and I's first time celebrating our anniversary and we will come back, we felt very welcomed, and the staff kept coming to our table to check on us. The food and drinks were amazing, especially the octopus and we even received a complimentary dessert for our anniversary. Highly recommend

Phenomenal dining experience! Service, ambiance, and taste were all on point. The bone marrow is absolutely life changing; a must order for sure. Follow that with Hawaiian ceviche, rounded out with the tamal (fresh ground masa) and the appetizers blew us away. Ordered the classic ribeye which came out perfectly smoked and cooked. Gorgeous red center. Finished the night with the chocolate mole and caramel gelato which was the perfect ending to an exceptional dinner! Could not be more impressed, and will return often.

Evenings is the best time to go during our hot season since the majority of the restaurant is out doors. The appetizers are delicious. Never have had bone marrow with pulled-pork on top. Truffle mash potatoes are packed with flavor. You can never go wrong with French fries. Servers memorize the menu and knew the ingredients in the food. Very impressive. Constantly filled our drinks. Great service. We gave 4 out of 5 with the food because of the main meal, the tomahawk steak. The steak had great flavor but was really really tough. We had it cooked medium rare and sent back to cook it longer hoping it would help but it did not. With 1 appetizer, 2 sides, 1 main meal we payed close to $300 including the tip.

First off, our waiter Chris ,was excellent, what a great guy. Our food was ok not great and not worth the price,You're paying for the ambiance really. Speaking of ambiance, it was cozy. Too dark though, when you have to use the flashlight on your phone to order and see what you're eating,it's too dark. On to the food. The short rib and filet mignon were tasty. The mashed potatoes with truffles were dry.need some gravy or sauce to go with that. The brussel sprouts were delicious, heads up,they are served cold. The star of the night was the grilled octopus. I love this plate and have had it in numerous locations around the world. This octopus was quite literally the best I have ever had. For this and this alone I recommend you visit. Well that and Chris, what a great guy

Come for the food... Stay for the vibes. Best noms in town and excellent cocktails. Great service, charming & friendly staff. Regulars will be happy to tell you all about why this place is so special. ❤️ El Paso is an intersection of culture, creativity and brilliant minds. This place embodies the spirit of "boomerangs" - local expats who traveled far and wide, yet stayed deeply tied to their roots, infusing their worldly discoveries into a unique dining experience. The giant disco ball adds a playful, sparkly charm to an already elevated experience. Worth 👏 it.

Wanted to give the place a 3rd chance before giving a harsh review. Went for New Year’s Eve. Can’t even get into it Im so tired of this place. Can’t say anything but don’t waste your hard earned money on this gross and overpriced food. If you don’t believe me, see for yourself
