The take out is no good!! I waited more than 30 min for my order. I arrived a little late to give extra time and they still took more than 30 min. They ended up giving me the incorrect order too!! I noticed once I had arrived at home!! I attempted to give a review in the survey QR code and they gave me an invalid code too! Horrible service, I will be calling the phone number provided in the receipt

Had some drinks 🍸 and it was not a pleasant experience. Bad service. The bartender didn't prepare the correct drink. Dirty glass. Old Lime. Rusty shaker. Dirty silverware. Missing garnish, how do I know more about a drink than the bartender. My first and last time at this location. Note: Check your food and drinks 🍸

This location is our go-to since we reside in the northeast. We always have a good experience here. Dishes are good, not too much wait time, service is good, atmosphere is good. It's just all around good.

Absolute worse service I’ve ever received. The server took quite a while to take our drink and food order. We waited about 25 minutes just for the drinks. The appetizers were brought out after 50 minutes and some of the plates were brought out 5 minutes after. 3 out of the 5 orders were incorrect and 2 plates never made it to the table. It’s incredibly ridiculous to go to a restaurant wait almost 2 hours and never receive the food. Truly, have never had such horrible service. Will never be back.

We attempted to give this place a second chance since the last time we were sat in a dark seating area with blown out light bulbs, cold ambiance, bland service and food. This time we opted for an online order that guaranteed us a pick up time of 7:43. My wife gets there at 7:39 only to be told they just ran out of the ribs we ordered. There wasn’t a courtesy call so we could simply order something else. The young lady went inside leaving my wife outside for another 10 mins. She in turn had to go inside to ask for a manger. Speaking to Carlos the manager was of no help. He was dismissive and couldn’t be bothered by our issue. This location has gone downhill. Especially in service/management.

Stopped by tonight and had a great experience. We were immediately greeted at the door by a young man who promptly took us to a table. Immediately after were greeted by our server, Carola F. Food was delicious but service was even better. Carola checked on us multiple times and our food came out quickly. The only complaint was the food was a bit salty and the floors were a bit dirty, straws and napkins everywhere . Other than that, everything was wonderful. Highly recommend this recommend this location.

This was an awful experience because they burned my salmon and the manager blew me off when I told him about it. The service was worse… was not attentive whatsoever. The manager disregarded my frustrations and hunger. This is not a good place to visit! Do not eat here! Nate was an amazing server! He was the only positive aspect of this visit!

It was the dinner rush hour and out waitress was kind fast and attentive. The atmosphere was very clean. The Christmas reindeer cocktails were priced well and delicious. I will definitely be coming back.
