Outstanding Service from Chrissy! I can’t say enough great things about Chrissy! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome and taken care of. She was incredibly attentive, always checking in at just the right moments without being intrusive. Her warm personality and positive attitude made our dining experience so enjoyable. Chrissy is efficient, professional, and clearly passionate about providing top-notch service. She handled our order flawlessly, made great recommendations, and even went out of her way to accommodate a special request. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond the way she does! If anyone deserves a raise, it’s Chrissy. She’s the kind of waitress that keeps customers coming back. Management is lucky to have her!

I've never had a bad experience here. service is 100%, atmosphere is fun. Some people down there were talking about a "business dinner" but the picture they uploaded doesn't look like a business dinner. To put it friendly, it is a small establishment. If you are being loud, everyone will be bothered. It's not your typical huge bar, it's on the smaller side. I enjoy the food, the drinks are great. I also deliver, and recently visited to pick up an order. The bartender was so nice. She made the perfect milkshake!

This place is freezing. Bring a jacket! The food is ok, but the wait was another story. There were people at three tables and it took they at least 15 minutes for our food to come to our table. I understand if they were slammed, but they were not.

Didn't like where we only had a few drinks with a big crowd where frankly we've been going and it looks like they need the customers but management on duty sone guy telling the bar staff behind our backs we're getting to loud. Oh yeah we are all business men who can take our business and hundreds of dollars somewhere else 🙄. If we're not drunk but having fun don't make a decision from inside the establishment when we're outside. Service was awesome management not so much.

I finally got a chance to come to the new Applebee’s in Brownsville... Basically we waited for the early crowds to slow down. I failed to take pictures of the food today because I didn’t plan on doing a review. However, we had such a great experience with the service, atmosphere, the quality and price of the food that I felt a review was needed. Normally I am not a huge fan of chain restaurants and Applebee’s has had a rough go of it here in Brownsville. However, I highly recommend this location. I think Applebee’s corporate has worked very hard to improve their food offerings in terms of quality and pricing as well as options. And it has paid off! This is great for a family night, to meet friends or even and affordable full service date night.

The bacon cheeseburger and chicken sandwich were good. The bone in buffalo wings were also good. I liked the size of the restaurant. It seemed smaller than previous Applebee's. The music was just right, not too loud but not too low.

Great service!!! The waiter made honest mistakes, but he was very sincere. He may have been new, but other than that a great experience! I got the steak and shrimp with steamed broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes, with unsweet tea to drink. Overall a very accommodating experience. I will definitely bring my wife here if I get the chance
