LongHorn Steakhouse

My husband, mother in law and I just ate here tonight and where to begin!? My best friend's husband used to manage a Longhorn and so I know what quality is! First impressions: the restaurant was dirty in the waiting area, there were servers or management sitting down while there was a wait. The hostess took about 10 minutes to take care of 1 set of guests. Then when the manager took over, he was very sloppy and seemed to have an attitude. Then we sit down and the server Jennifer S just made the experience even worse. We saw her once through our entire meal. We never got refills. She rolled her eyes when I asked for a kids menu. (I had surgery and can't eat a lot.) Then she brought us a cold appetizer. When we asked for it to be warm, she brought us some without the meat in it. My mother in law got her salad before we got our drinks. My shrimp was raw and I never got an opportunity to tell the manager because he never came around and neither did our server. The food wasn't hot. I have to say, this was the worst experience I've ever had at a Longhorn and will never be back. I will also post this on the website. Please, don't waste your money!

Busy Saturday I understand BUT STEAK WAS WAY TOO TOUGH FOR AN OUTLAW RIBEYE Plus it was under seasoned. Broccoli was completely raw. Service was good . Food not so much

We went to LongHorn Steakhouse late cause of traveling. The waitress named Joy helped us. She was very sweet and professional! The food was very good! I appreciate how everyone and food was awesome even when it was close to closing.

The Ribeye Steak, Macaroni and Cheese, and Mixed Green Salad were all good. The Whiskey and Coke drink was Spectacular. Kaitlyn was fantastic as my server. Definitely recommend when traveling through Amarillo.

Very slow service from curbside given food was supposed to be ready in 25 minuets, but actually took closer to an hour. Visit was on valentines day I understand they were busy, but to delay two meals just because an appetizer is not ready then hand over cold and incorrect food that cost over $70 is embarrassing. I called on the same day to get a refund as a side was missing, the server said she would get it taken care of which she did not, lie one. I called back when the full charge posted and spoke with manager Dottie, she apologized and said she would refund the entire total that was charged to my credit card as I paid partly with a gift card. About 2-3 days later a refund was posted only for the side that was missing. I can not be too upset because that is all I was missing payment wise, but for Dottie to say she will refund my entire CC total then not uphold her word is lie two.

It was a really busy place. We were still served quickly. Everything was terrific except my husband said his steak was salty. I like lots of seasonings and salt is one of them. But if you're a low seasoning-low salt kind of person you should mention it while you're ordering. We both would recommend-highly!

We sat down and I told my wife what I wanted to drink and ran to the restroom. Got back and no one had taken drink order so we sat and waited.
