I was so pleasantly surprised with this beautiful restaurant. Excellent menu excellent wine choices. Excellent food. It it could just be the two servers I’ve had but neither we’re very familiar with the WINES. You can sell a lot of wine if you’re familiar with these beautiful bottles, but then again this is Texas, and I don’t see them being big wine drinkers but if you are a wine drinker, this is a good place to get a great glass or bottle. They cook their beef perfectly. It’s tender and medium rare. The calamari was delicious.

The steak bites and smoked wings were amazing. Can't wait to try more there. This will be a go-to place when we're coming through. It's new as of May 2024 and amazing. The atmosphere is beautiful. It's a little pricey (especially the drinks).

I swapped the carrots for brussels and it was a great choice. Everything was delicious. I sat in the bar lounge area and the only drawback was the lighting. It was very bright and could use the lights being dimmed for better ambiance.

Ate with here with some friends to try the new restaurant in Amarillo. After there was a mistake of a reservation on our end, the staff was very accommodating and allowed us to eat here even though our reservation was mistakenly made a week earlier rather than the intended day. We started off with a few appetizers (cheese curds and steak bites) and moved to the entrees. Overall the food was really good and delicious. If you have a chance to get some desert, the bananas foster is a good choice. The deserts are good for sharing if you don’t want to eat one of just your own. One criticism I have is the drinks. Although the drink had a good Smokey smell, they could’ve have been mixed alittle better. My first drink which was the Maple Bourbon was somewhat water down and the second was alittle strong. Other than this I believe this is a great place to come eat that is spacious and can accommodate a party of any size.

My boyfriend and I can’t stop raving about Cellar 55! We had an impromptu lunch on a Friday afternoon. The front of house was courteous, our waitress (Caylee) was attentive and very sweet. The music wasn’t loud and the dining rooms were clean and elegant. Our food was impeccable. The steak bites were cooked, dressed perfectly, and came out quickly. Burger was tasty and waffle fries were probably the best I’ve had. The back of the house knows what they’re doing. The chicken and shrimp on the Cajun pasta were cooked through, but still tender and juicy. We can’t wait to go back!

Omg! Tried Cellar 55 last night! We got there early prior to the dinner reservation and enjoyed the happy hour prices and ordered an appetizer at the bar. The Steak Bites were melt-in-your-mouth good. My husband devoured the peppers. Absolutely love the ambiance of this establishment. Dinner was amazing! We had the sweat tea chicken and the Cajun tortellini pasta. We had key lime pie and crème brûlée for dessert. Best food we’ve had in a long time! Our waiter, Jordan, was awesome. The owner came around and chatted with the guests. Loved that! The bread was soooooo good. This will definitely be our new date night spot! Highly recommend 10/10!

We had a recent birthday lunch at Cellar 55 and it was delightful! The entrees and desserts were delicious! The owner (Chris Hazel) and staff (Tristan and Ashley) were incredibly kind and attentive. The ambiance was warm and cozy and perfect for my daughter’s birthday event. I would highly recommend anyone to dine at Cellar 55.

Perfect date night spot! Food- We ordered the steak bites appetizer. It was delicious! We are very sensitive to spice and it was not at all spicy since we didn’t eat the grilled peppers it came with. My husband ordered the prime rib with brussel sprouts and it was also very good. I had the Cajun pasta and the chicken and shrimp were both overcooked but the dish had good flavor. Based on reviews, we ordered key lime pie but didn’t find it to be anything special. I thought the prices were reasonable for being such a nice place. Atmosphere- There is a formal dining room that is very nice. Honestly, I would not recommend bringing a child into this room for your sake and out of respect of other guests. However, there are dining booths outside of this room that I would request if I were to bring my child. Happy hour- I couldn’t find anything in writing about the happy hour.. maybe the specials change? It was 4-7pm at the bar only. I believe it was $6 house wine, $5 buffalo trace, like $6 or $8 buffalo trace old fashioned, $2 Michelob and Coors. If you grab a happy hour drink before dining, you’ll have to finish up at the bar and tab out before you’re seating. However, there are high top tables near/at the bar with full service and full access to happy hour specials.
