Just had literally the worst Outback experience. I ordered the prime rib sandwich thinking about the size of it in the past. I even added on a blue cheese pecan chopped salad. The sandwich was a third of the size it normally was. I think my 5 year old would still be hungry after eating it. I don't even know where to begin with the salad. No blue cheese, pecans per really anything other than lettuce. It's also the size of a small side salad that I was charged $5.99 as an add on. What a deal! Needless to say you won't see me back at this restaurant during my visits here every again. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves because honestly you don't need to be a food critic to see what's wrong in these photos. I'm posting it what it should have looked like according to current photos on their app and what I got brought to my table. I don't think I'll visit another Outback for a at least a couple years until the experience is long forgotten

Very disappointed in this entire experience. The only good was the hostess and he was super nice and welcoming and the young food runner was super kind and helpful too. Our waitress was literally on FaceTime on her cell phone while delivering our appetizer plates. It took her forever to take our order and every time she walked by all she was doing was complaining that she’s the only one that does anything around there yet from what I could tell she wasn’t doing anything either. The service was terrible. Food was not good. The potato tasted sour. The butter for the lobster tail was congealed and not melted. There was a man asleep in a booth. Not sure what the situation was there but not a good look. It was absolutely not the experience I would expected an Outback.

I just ordered from here an hour ago and i ordered a center cut sirloin. This is my 1st time ever even trying outback.Anyway, I asked for a LOADED baked potato with ONLY chz, butter & bacon....theres nothing in this potato...the steak didn't even look 6 oz & the mac & chz is dry and all you taste is pepper, it doesn't even taste like cheese. Then on top of that ,I got no silverware....I wouldn't ever eat from here again...trifling.The ONLY thing good was the BREAD

My husband and I went to this location with our son today and our server was Tanner D. Tanner did an amazing job taking care of everything we needed and made sure that our drinks were always full. The steaks were cooked perfectly as well. We will definitely ask for Tanner D the next time we go there.

My first visit at an Outback Steakhouse and my very first time at this location in Abilene, TX. First off, great food, amazing service, and awesome quality. I was so surprised to see the menu offered a 3-course meal deal option. After seeing the promo on my table top, I jus had to order the $16.99 3-Course Meal deal and see what it was all about. I'm happy to say it was delicious and a pleasant surprise on such an incredible value. When ordering note it comes with a choice of soup or salad, a limited list of entrees to choose from along w/ one classic Outback side, and a slice of cheesecake topped w/ raspberry or chocolate sauce. I, of course, ordered the loaded potato soup as my starter. For my entree, I chose the bloomin' fried chicken w/ a $3 upcharge and added an extra side w/ another separate upcharge and the cheesecake w/ raspberry sauce. Definitely recommend stopping by to try this incredible deal. I only hope this deal becomes part of the regular menu and isn't jus a limited time offer.

I was extremely disappointed in the food. In years past, I could go to an Outback Steakhouse anywhere and know the food would be good. Guess it's not that way anymore. I ordered Prime Rib, medium rare, and what I received looked more like a cheap steak and tasted as such. The Caesar Salad wasn't much better either. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

Worst service. This is not even a normal level. Wait for food longer than an hour without notice. Found out later they didn’t even give us the complimentary bread, while we’re waiting. Manager just tried to argue, when I explained the situation. Server and manager were showing attitude, our checks were all messed up ending we need to ask our money back. Even $20. For the card payment, we asked the refund for the amount of being charged wrong, but they didn’t give us a receipt. Even didn’t understand why they should’ve given us one. From the beginning to the end it was unbelievably frustrating. The best they could do for us was asking if we want to get bread then.

I had the worst Outback steak salad ever tonight. Ive probably had outback steak salad about 10 times over the last several years. There were no onions. There were literally three slices of onion 1/2 an inch long in the corner. Why bother? There were no pecans at all. I searched all through the salad and there aren’t any at all. Usually, I have one in every bite at least. And that blue cheese that they gave me on the side wouldn’t fill a teaspoon! I’m not exaggerating. Why were you guys so stingy with your portions? I hate to be totally critical, but half of your steak was mostly gristle. Either outback is lowering their standards or I just got my salad from a bad one. The lettuce for the salad does look good though. It’s fresh and pretty with some carrots and some cabbage and tomatoes. I ordered this as a pick up on Uber Eats so I wasn’t able to ask for extra cheese or onions or dressing or anything and really I didn’t care that much about getting extra, As I expected to get normal portions.
