Customer Review Summary
Original Roadhouse Grill is praised for its inviting atmosphere, attentive service, and quality food, particularly the sweet potatoes, baby back ribs, and Texas egg rolls. Customers appreciate the affordability of steaks and the overall value. However, some reviews indicate inconsistencies in service, especially during busy times, with complaints about management's attentiveness and delays in seating. The food has been noted as occasionally not as fresh or hot as expected, and there are mixed feelings about portion sizes. Despite these issues, many are willing to return, citing enjoyable dining experiences and delicious dishes.

A great spot for lunch or dinner. I really enjoy their sweet potatoes. You can get an affordable steak and the peanuts are great.

This is one of my valued top restaurants. I usually go with the baby backs, they are finger licking good. Today I went with a burger and it was awesome. Great environment, great service, and definitely top quality food. As far as the food, you get what you pay for. When I want Good eats this is one of the two restaurants I go to... The other is a Mexican restaurant.

First time at this location. Private party event. For having a lot of people attending, the service was fantastic, and friendly. The fresh rolls melted in your mouth. The ribs sauce coated with sauce were tender and a great bbq flavor without being over spicy. The baked potato came with premium toppings, fresh crumpled bacon, shreaded cheese, sour cream, and butter. The house salad was fresh, chilled and appetizing. I only finished half of the meal and took the rest home. I'll go back again.

Very delicious! We started with their Texas Egg Rolls. This appetizer is the perfect combination of crunchy, savory and sweet. The outer layer has a glaze of sugar. I highly recommend it. I had their Jalapeno burger well balanced. And got to try their baby back ribs. They also serve a sweet strawberry lemonade. Strawberry lemonade served on a mason jar glass with a sugar rim. Lisa and the team were attentive and kind.

Walked in on 3/8 looking for table for two for dinner Front of the house Literaly seemed to not care. Manager was on his phone and seemed way more interested in that didnt seem him look up or greet people .Hostess didn't lead us to our table just lead us our area and just pointed to our Booth from across the room felt a little awkward . Upside food came out quick love the Texas egg rolls, my chicken sandwich was good, burger was a touch dry. Waitress was nice ( seemed a little overwhelmed not her fault) All in all this place was not what it use to be I hope they can turn it around.

It had been a while since we ate here. Good memories from the past. Not sure if it was COVID or not but something has changed. No more peanuts everywhere (maybe that’s just allergies) but it used to be a fun thing. The food was pretty good but not as good as I remember. It wasn’t as hot and fresh as it could’ve been. The rolls were amazing. I’ll go back and give it another try but for the money, I was a little disappointed.

Went in on Saturday the 7th. The place was packed and staffed seemed amazingly overwhelmed. Was asked if I would mind sitting in the bar and upon saying yes, was giving a menu and napkin roll to escort myself. Waited in the bar for about 15 minutes, again the poor bartender was extremely overwhelmed. The front of the house manager seemed more interested texting on his phone, than helping his crew. I decided to quietly leave and visit when they had the time and staff.

Good solid Texas BBQ atmosphere and food. Very good service! Pork chops were perfect, pulled pork sandwich was tasty, but was a little disappointed with how much pork was in the sandwich - in Texas they pile it on! We will definitely be back!
