Customer Review Summary
Ruth's Chris Steak House offers a wonderful dining experience with top-notch service and delicious meals. The restaurant is noted for its high quality food, including perfectly cooked steaks and a variety of sides, although some reviewers find it overpriced for frequent visits. The a la carte pricing can lead to a minimum charge of $75+ per person, but many patrons deem it worth the cost, especially for special occasions. Despite having a quiet atmosphere during some visits, the attentive service, including standout servers like Cow Tie Kyle and Giacomo, enhances the overall experience. Some guests recommend it as an excellent pre-event dining option. Overall, while the price may deter some, the quality of food and service generally impresses diners.

It was a wonderful dinner experience, the service was amazing as well. We had 4 pm dinner reservations and as usual timed to be there 10 min early also planned to use the valet parking they offer but….. they do not open the front doors until 4 pm and there is no Valet until after they open. A bit confusing if you are the person who prefers to be timely. We parked in front of the restaurant expecting to valet but since there was no one there, fortunately we found close by city street parking a block away. We were greeted and sat shortly after 4pm, the place was pretty empty the whole dinner experience so we may have not needed reservations for the opening time. We really enjoyed our perfectly cooked prepared meals. I believe it is overpriced but it was great tasting. For 2 of us dinner was $265, not an expensive I would agree to have often for dinner but it was a special occasion. Due to the high price I have a hard time recommending Ruth Cris and due to the price I have a 4 star instead of 5 star, I also believe the high price for dinner is the reason why it was pretty empty while we had dinner.

Top notch service & amazing food. We had Surf & Turf, Sea Bass, Mac n cheese without the lobster, wedge & house salad and added in some garlic mashed potatoes & asparagus before we topped off dinner with an apple pie! Delicious all around! I highly recommend if you are looking for a well rounded meal with high quality food!

Cow tie Kyle was the BEST server EVER!!! The food was absolutely perfect. I got the petit fillet and brussel sprouts. Holy moly I officially found my favorite cut of meat. I can't find a single thing I didn't like about any of my meal. The Crème brûlée was so silky and delicious. 10/10 I seriously can't find a single flaw in this restaurant.

Very memorable experience, from our attentive waiter Giacomo. From the delicious shrimp appetizer to our cooked to perfection steaks. We celebrated a birthday and they gave us delicious cheesecake too!

This was a great place to have an expensive meal. This is a la carte from salad to desert. It was $75+ minimum per person. The flavors were great, service was great! You could go here for a drink and appetizer and spend a bit less however, this is an experience and great food. Worth it!

Excellent dinner option before going to a comedy show or event. Steak was cooked to perfection, mashed potatoes perfectly creamy and buttery, asparagus with Hollandaise sauce mouth watering and a Manhattan cocktail. Not the place for a low cal meal but comfort and flavor is served.

Always skeptical of these types of steak houses...typically I leave starving. But their pre fixe meal with salad, steak, side and a piece of cake was a nice surprise and the steak was absolutely delicious...great service on new years eve from Gabe!
