Visiting this restaurant for the first time and paying a hefty amount only to be served cold burgers and BBQ made me furious. We left all the food and just drank beer. The pre-meal bread that wasn't even baked properly was served, and Cole slaw was just a taste of mixing water with mayonnaise. The burger patty was cold, the bun crumbled as soon as I picked it up, and the BBQ chicken seemed like it was cooked the day before and just reheated. The indoor temperature was cold, and many customers were left waiting endlessly. I have no intention of returning and cannot recommend this place.

I travel for work and was in Corvallis for 3 weeks then pulled and sent to Eugene. First night I DoorDashed this place. It’s awesome. Everything was really hot. Best meal I’ve had in Oregon.

Solid little place, it's been around a long time. service was good, food is good and everything was cooked properly. the burgers have a very southern California feel and taste. the steaks are good and appetizers and sides were tasty. overall it's still one of my favorites 10 years later. also if you're a fry person, they are real good.

Our service was not good. We were never checked on, and our server almost never spoke to us. We asked for a well-done burger, and it still had pink in it.

I ordered their grilled chicken sandwich with Cajun seasoning. The sandwich itself came out on a really thick bun with crepe thin chicken. If I wanted a salad I would have ordered a salad, this sandwich had more lettuce, tomato, and onion then chicken on my bun (none of which I eat). I literally cut the chicken in half doubled it up and took off a piece of the bun in order to taste the chicken. I can't remember it was nearly a $14 sandwich or $16 sandwich I believe and it came with waffle fries.

First time going there, the food was terrible i mean bad, the sweet tea was good. The only reason why I gave so many stars was because of our server Kate. kate was amazing, she was the server we have always wanted in a place. The only reason we will come back is because of Kate. We see you Kate rocking it out and working your tail off. Now you need to do better on your food we couldn't even eat our meal it was so bad.

Came here to eat for our first time, and here's my honest review...food was pretty good. Bathrooms stunk, and no toilet paper in one stall. We were walked over to a booth in a dark corner in the back, in the bar area. There were plenty of empty tables in much brighter areas with a better view, so not sure why this one was chosen. So we sat staring at beer ads on the dark wall. My intention is never to hurt business. I believe in being honest, and want this place to prosper. Maybe my honest critique will help?

Mediocre food, not very friendly hospitality. We tried Texas Road before (which was much better) so I wanted to see how the Original Roadhouse was. Went on Valentine’s Day. Very stoic waitress who seemed disinterested in good service. Had coffee but was never asked if I needed/wanted a refill. Baby back ribs was fatty. Sorry, but it’ll be my first and last visit.
