This place was extremely friendly. Quick service and good food. I almost forgot to take pictures of the food. Just started digging in-It looked great and smelled great! Very satisfied customer.

This place is exactly what you'd expect it to be for a Steakhouse and Spoetsbar in Springfield. It had all the hick vibes I was looking for with none of the hateful rhetoric. The prime rib was excellent, the tequila shots were heavy pours, and somehow all of the waitresses had southern drawls. I talked to a nice military vet while waiting to cash in my Keno winnings at the bar who agreed about the prime rib so you know it was good. I spent $52 (with tip) for a prime rib dinner with mashed potatoes and a big salad, a shot of Patron Silver and two white claws. The ladies were friendly, the crowd was nice, and I had a great time. I will definitely keep this place in mind for future steak dinners.

I visited very randomly. That turned out to be a real treat! Prices were real good and the staff was great! It was the sliders I ordered that really blew my socks off! I'm not one to take pictures of my food but dang these were some awesome sliders! I'm sure the other food is good as well but if you like a good slider, they got em! Even saw the chef for a second and the guy was really cool! What a great experience!

Multiple screens showcasing various sports games kept the energy high, and the bar area was well-stocked with a great selection of craft beers and cocktails. The service was attentive, with the staff making sure our drinks were refilled and that everything was to our liking without being intrusive. Centennial is a fantastic spot for anyone looking to enjoy a high-quality ribeye steak in a fun, relaxed setting. Whether you’re here for the food, the sports, or both, this place won’t disappoint. I’ll definitely be returning for another round of that amazing ribeye.

My husband & I had a terrible experience here about 6 years ago, swore never again. We had been hearing several good reviews from friends so we decided to give you guys another try. So glad we did! Sabrina (our waitress) was so attentive & sweet. Our prime rib was slightly over cooked but still really good. The chef came out & apologized, explained those were his last 2. Offered to replace with a steak instead. We said no, they still tasted good. They comped our drinks for the instead. Completely different experience than we had years ago, Thank You! We will definitely be back.

We odered 12oz prime rib rare, and 6oz sirloin med rare. The prime rib was perfectly rare and well seasoned. The petite sirloin was very tender and flavorful. The soup of the day was clam chowder loaded with clams, suspended in a creamy buttery broth. The side salad was loaded with toppings. The bloody mary was prepared to order, and delicious! Overall great experience and really good food.

I didn't eat. I went to play pool with a friend. The tables were decent. A couple cues were warped but there were better ones too. Our table kept having trouble dispensing all the balls and the bartender had to open it up and get the remaining balls for us. When I wasn't feeding the jukebox the music left a lot to be desired but the barkeep seemed to enjoy it. She was dancing and singing (rapping?) along with it. There were dart boards available too for free use, tho the provided darts were lame. All in all, if it weren't for the young lady tending bar and the general atmosphere of the place it wouldn't have been a very good experience. But her bright demeanor and kindness to us made our time more enjoyable.

Great place for a family meal. Excellent service even close to the holidays. Waitress was so nice and was very good at checking in without being intrusive. Great food with big portions and low prices. Great kids menu, and the waitress was so nice to my child and even gave her compliments. It's definitely a great place to take the family to have a nice sit-down meal.
