Customer Review Summary
6th Street Restaurant & Sports Bar offers a friendly atmosphere with attentive staff and quick service. Many customers praise the food, particularly items like the Honey Sriracha Fried Chicken and various appetizers, which exceeded expectations for a sports bar. However, some reviews mention disappointment with a limited menu and specific dish issues, such as dry fish tacos and a misleading soup availability. Visitors appreciate the lively environment during events and the accommodating nature of the staff. Despite a few negative experiences, the majority of reviewers recommend it as a great place for meals before shows, especially at the nearby Hult Center.

What a wonderful place to drop in and have food and drinks after a show. The wait staff were friendly, and our waitress was always checking on us.

Great food! It’s a sports bar, but underneath that exterior there is some truly amazing food. My Honey Sriracha Fried Chicken was outrageously good. Lovely staff, very clean and neat interior. I wasn’t expecting to enjoy my meal quite this much!

Staying at a nearby hotel on a weekday. Checked the online menu and settled on fish and chips. Called to order and was informed that they were “trying out a limited menu”…we know what that means, not enough weekday business to justify full menu. This “limited menu” was not posted online so the staff had to rattle off over the phone everything they WERE serving. Yes, very limited. Ok, the fish tacos then. Asked for fries instead of chips and salsa…nope, unable. Picked up my food 15 minutes later and the one and only staff member was very kind. Dug in at the hotel and you can see what I got. Tiny little cup of salsa that didn’t even have enough for a micro dip of a chip and covered about half of the tiny portion of chips. On to the fish tacos…I’ve had raw celery that was less boring. Fish was dry and flavorless. They tried to spruce it up with mashed avo and bagged shredded lettuce. Honestly, if it wasn’t for the sprinkling of a very small amount of some sort of fruit salsa, the whole thing would have been completely flavorless. Even for bar food this was a huge letdown. I wouldn’t say it was worth $8, let alone the $19 price tag I paid. Waaaaay overpriced for…blah. Server was nice tho. Can’t speak for the atmosphere as I didn’t dine in. There was one other patron at the bar.

Visiting Eugene for the holidays, came to this very fun sports bar for the amazing double overtime ASU - UT game (worst targeting noncall in football history). Alanna the bartendress was mas fina, very fun and ultimately professional. Recommend the Stash Panda hazy IPA and the shrimp sausage skewers. Go Ducks!

Such a weird experience- but in a bad way. What we asked #1: Driving from Salem, we called about 30 min out to verify they had soup ready so we could grab a quick lunch before a show. The very friendly person on the phone confirmed soup was being served and said we'd have plenty of time to eat. We were excited (Beer Cheese soup is always a win)! What happened #1: We arrived and ordered the soup we'd seen online (and had been thinking about for the last half hour) only for the server to tell us it wouldn't be available until after brunch. I told her about our phone call and she explained that the soup cooker had gravy in it and she could get us an order of biscuits and gravy out really fast. Again, friendly. Not thrilled we decided to share it. It was good -just not what we wanted. The Bloody Mary we shared was really watery. We didn't know until we were leaving that there was a Bloody Mary self-serve bar available to use - super fun, right? Wish we'd been told about it. What we asked #2: When we arrived, not being from Eugene, we asked if paid parking ran on Sundays. The server told us, most emphatically no, no charge for parking on Sundays. I even showed her my phone as was preparing to pay. No need, she said. What happened #2: You probably guessed it - we came out to a $42 ticket on our car. So, that doubled the cost of our meal. Everyone else in the place seemed very happy and the servers seemed to know many customers by name. The TVs all had games on but the volume was off so conversations could be had. It just seemed like it should have been a great experience but everyone was a little foggy - maybe recovering from celebrating the big win yesterday? Bottom line - super disappointing and expensive due to the parking ticket.

My wife and I were in town for a show at the Hult Center, and this was close by;we decided to stop in. I'm glad we came in,we had excellent service from when we first came in to when we left for our show. We got our food really quick,so that was a big plus. All the waitstaff was incredibly friendly. I can't wait to come back soon.

A seriously wonderful dining out experience before a show at the Hult Center. We had a large group and the staff was super accommodating. Crystal was the absolute best server... ever! She was attentive, accurate with orders, friendly and fun, and greatly efficient with processing our separate checks! And... the food! I had dinner of the Starter menu. Chili sauce brussel sprouts, grilled asparagus, and bacon wrapped dates. Holy moly! Amazing! Everyone's food way delicious: beer cheese soup, chicken frittata, dirty fries, fried ravioli. All is it was yummy. Affordable with great atmosphere. Music playing from all genres, not too loud. I highly recommend, especially before a Hult show.

I have nothing but highlights to report - No wait time for brunch at 10:30 AM, fluffy eggs, super generous amount of bacon in my omelet, no hassle with customizations for my order, and an attentive server who had great recommendations (thanks Crystal <3). Don’t let the sports bar label fool you! This is a great spot for brunch!
