The service was amazing! Austin was great, and another employee noticed I was trying to find gluten-free items and brought me a gluten-free menu before I could even request one! The food was... okay. We had the steak queso, and the steak tasted weird. Like bad weird. My filet was meant to be med rare it was burnt on the outside and bleeding on the inside. The coffee was not good. But I really liked the people here so much! The wedge salad was amazing. The baked potato was perfect! The broccoli was good. We had a seasonal soda drink that came with an adorable koala we got to keep! To be honest, I probably won't come here again because the food just wasn't as good as I had hoped, but the front of house staff were all A +

Our waiter Julian did a terrific job. I tried to leave a review when paying the check but the table device timed out before I could finish so I am leaving this review instead. We eat here fairly often and we enjoy the food.

Disappointed in the food for my takeout order. The service was fantastic! The woman working take out was so friendly.. But the food was way over cooked. Asked for medium rare and got charred black. Couldn’t eat it so my dog had a nice meal tonight. Will try again in person, but note to self not to get takeout again.

EVERYTHING WAS COLD!! Literally received our 2 blue cheese salads with only lettuce and carrots.. my hamburger was made upside down and had cucumber instead of pickles.. and it was cold and just disgusting. My wife sirloin was so small and disgusting it was insane.. I tried to get a refund through doordash and they gave me a $3.00 refund for a $60 meal because my account is newer.. so now I have a bag of outback garbage and am out $50 . It's crazy that you can return things that are unsatisfactorily.. where are we? I have pictures but don't know how to post

Ordered a to go order through the app. Got there a little before the app said it would be ready. Waited until after the designated pick up time for it to be ready. Which is understandable, they were very busy. However, all the food was ice cold. Both steaks were so cold you could barely cut them. The baked potatoes were cold as well did not come with any of the toppings and 1 of the potatoes looked like someone broke it in half and then wrapped it foil. There was no ranch as requested either. The salad was half empty and a lot of the lettuce was brown and wilted. It was like the food had been ready but there was only 1 person working carryout so it just sat there and got colder by the minute. The blooming onion was cold as well and mostly soggy. I feel bad for the girl because she had no help but to spend all that money and get food that is all ruined was a waste of time and money. I wouldn't mind waiting at all but if you make someone wait and then all the food is cold and gross its even more frustrating. I will not be ordering from here again. I would rather make the extra drive to go to the location by Costco. They are always on point and have great quality food and service. What a waste of time and money. I do NOT recommend carryout from here. Why they would only have 1 person running carryout on a Friday night and let it get 45 minutes to an hour behind is crazy to me. Extremely disappointed, would given 0 stars of I could. Also, if you're that busy adjust the wait times. Completely disappointed.

Our food was perfect. Our waitresses were excellent. The hostess who greeted us and others had the personality of a rock. (Maybe she was having a bad day.) The table was wet and still had a little debris as well as the seating. However, the service and food certainly made up for it. Our steaks were cooked perfectly (mine in the picture is medium well) and I HIGHLY recommend the wedge salad. Sooo good. Oh and those coconut shrimp with the steak are delicious!

The food is still fantastic, the steaks have been cooked perfectly and our service has been wonderful. We highly recommend Austin! We've had him the last four times we have gone and hes always on point. We got the New York strip and the Porterhouse with the garlic butter and they were perfect!

We went with a party of 10 on a reservation at 1:30 in a Sunday afternoon. We made the reservation the previous week. The table was ready on time but it took us over 2 hrs to finish the meal. Mostly waiting on wait staff, who were very nice to take orders and then on the food to arrive. When the food arrived there were four at the table that did not receive food and we had to wait a few more minutes before their food came out. We had two blooming onions but both of them were so soaked in Grease. It was hard to eat anything but the very top of the onion petal.
