It was overall a good experience! Not sure if I’d go out of my way to go back, but I wouldn’t be mad if I got invited there either. The steak was I’d say about a 7.5.. got a Cajun ribeye with the Cajun butter on it, the steak was cooked as requested but not as tender as I would have liked it to be, the flavor was good but not great! Really enjoyed the lobster and spinach queso dip, everyone at the table devoured it, I’d give it a 9/10. The bread was hot and fresh and enjoyed the texture, and looked like a butt which made a nice laugh for the table 🤭 it’s no Texas Roadhouse roll but I’d give it a nice lil 8.5/10! We ordered the deviled eggs and the whole table hated them and didn’t even finish them all. Weird taste to them and that’s coming from a table of deviled egg fanatics. Waitress was pretty good, although slacked a little bit on refills.

Had a exceptional experience at Firebirds. Started with the cheese steak egg rolls with the delicious sauce and lobster queso. Both were excellent. For moan course had the aged rib eye rare. Was cooked perfect. Staff was very attentive. Bound by Blood cocktail was amazing as well. Firebirds did not disappoint and I will definitely be back.

First time visiting firebirds. Service was excellent, I ordered a New York strip medium rare & it was cooked accordingly. My friend ordered roasted garlic style. Crème brûlée, cheesecake and lemon berry cake were pretty good as well.

At Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Miamisburg, I began with their chicken tortilla soup—a warm, thick, comforting start that was as satisfying as it was flavorful. It had just the right blend of heat and heartiness to feel indulgent. Initially, I had my eye on their deviled eggs, but the full portion seemed a bit ambitious. In a thoughtful gesture, the chef offered to send out a half order, giving me a taste without overwhelming the main event. It’s small touches like this that elevate a dining experience. For drinks, I went with Alex’s Fresh Lemonade. Not only is it a refreshing choice, but every purchase supports Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation to help fight childhood cancer—a cause that resonates deeply. With a donation of $1.25 from each glass, Firebirds has raised over $3.5 million since 2012, which is an impressive testament to both their values and the generosity of their diners. Next came a warm roll with soft butter, fresh from the oven. Simple, but there’s something almost ritualistic about a good bread basket—it sets the tone for the meal. I showed restraint, though, and saved room for the main course. For dinner, I went with the baby back ribs, glazed with a Java barbecue sauce that brought an unexpected but welcome twist. These ribs were perfectly tender, effortlessly falling off the bone, and paired well with the grilled street corn I chose as a side. The corn had a smoky, slightly charred flavor that was spot-on. I wrapped up the meal with a slice of warm carrot cake drizzled in salted caramel sauce—a dessert that was rich without being over-the-top, and a sweet finish to an already satisfying experience. Throughout, the service was outstanding. Sara, my server, was attentive and friendly, making sure everything was just right. Firebirds Wood Fired Grill might be part of a larger chain, but the experience here felt personal, with a focus on quality food and warm hospitality. It’s a place that doesn’t rely on pretension, just well-executed, comforting dishes in a relaxed setting—definitely worth a visit.

This was a great high end place to stop in for a great meal. We stopped in over lunch without reservations and had to wait a bit, definitely woth the stop. Everything was tastey and great. Ended up loosing a star as one of our three meals was a potato and steak medium-well done, which showed up closer to rare. Was sent back but came out a good medium with a new potato. After cutting in and not where the guest still wanted that meal was gifted/comped. Still was great experience and highly recommend visiting to check out the place and reservations

Definitely a place to visit, food was awesome, had the New York Strip, loaded baked potato and a BLT Salad. I’d do it all again. David my server was even better, if you have the chance, definitely ask for him.

The fire up shrimp is excellent ! Then I ordered a hamburger pink / med but got RAW , that I will not eat . Then the pork chop was so TOUGH my husband couldn’t eat ! The veggies was sooo burn you couldn’t recognize. So basically we pd $115 for a drink a shrimp. I don’t know if I can get him to go back . :(
