My fiance surprised me for Valentine's Day. What a wonderful place. There is a dress code. I ordered my drink, and it was Lychee Lime Soda it was so refreshing (non-alcoholic), and then I had the Classic Caesar salad, which was so fresh and delicious. Our appetizer was the Spicy Lobster. They were melt in your mouth tender, just the right amount of spice, perfect and delicious. My Entree was the Tenderloin Duet with Jalapeño Scalloped Potatoes. All were absolutely amazing. The tenderloin was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. Our server was Lillian, she was phenomenal, she was so pleasant. The background music was relaxing. The whole place had a wonderful ambiance. I can't say enough about Mitchell's Steakhouse. This was one of the best places we've visited recently. I hope he surprises me again real soon.

Lillian you’re amazing!! Service and food 10/10. As a vegan at a work dinner I was prepared to not be able to eat here, but Lillian went out of her way for me to create me something beautiful, delicious, and vegan! I could not have been more happy, thank you for going above and beyond ❤️

Note: It’s now Landry’s and not a Cameron Mitchell owned restaurant so Mitchel’s gift cards don’t work in this location. The over meal was good- New York strip was so tender and cooked just right, salmon was cooked through as requested. Presentation of shrimp cocktail was fun! Unfortunately a couple issues that came up- one steak was cooked past “pink in center”and came out brown through, and the potato, well, In the words of macaroni: was very al dente. Generally we prefer the potato well done and soft. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful so while we didn’t ask to send anything back, the feeling is that any request would have been accommodated. However, 2 of 5 items ordered came out and would need to be returned or just dealt with so as not to put a negative spin on the experience… We chose to just deal, but for the cost it seems all items would come out correct. Dang..minus one star for these two. The reason you don’t want to make a big deal but also expect high level of cooking: atmosphere is fantastic and you feel like a high roller in a suite, but casual wear is acceptable; so go for a fancy experience or go with friends for fun, it all works! Thanks to the supervisor for checking in a couple times. Yes it would have been easy to mention the issues.. sometimes you’re just enjoying yourself too much to want to disrupt your meal with anything other than laughter and good times. Which we definitely had thanks to the atmosphere and friendly service!

We visited Mitchell’s Steakhouse Polaris for lunch on a Sunday to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm, inviting, and perfect for a special occasion. The food was absolutely delicious—each dish was prepared to perfection, making the meal memorable. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service provided by our waiter, Brandon. While we had already decided on our orders before he came to the table, Brandon took the time to answer our questions and ensure everything was perfect. He told us he loves his job, and that passion really showed in his attentiveness and care. His professionalism and genuine enthusiasm elevated our celebration and made the experience even more special. If you’re looking for a spot to celebrate or just enjoy a quality meal with top-tier service, I highly recommend Mitchell’s Steakhouse Polaris—and ask for Brandon if you can! He’ll make your dining experience unforgettable.

We came here for my mom’s 60th birthday dinner. We were very appreciative that they were able to accommodate our large group of 18. The service was fantastic and very welcoming. Our waiter Jerry was great! The food on the other hand was extremely disappointing. For the price I must say it was a total let down. I wanna say absolutely the least flavorful steak I have ever had. Several of us had the filet but it left a lot to be desired. It was tender but dry and chewy all at the same time? A little A1 and ketchup helped! I know it’s a sin but I had no choice! No moisture and no seasoning or flavor to speak of. Salads were limp and drown with dressing. Sides were also bland (other than the jalepeno scalloped potatoes, those were amazing! ) Not sure if they season their food here or not. My brother in laws filet came out grey, totally overcooked and even with the upgrade of shrimp and crab was the saddest thing I have ever seen. If you are paying 52-77$ for a single cut of steak (no sides included) it should be phenomenal but this was just a total rip off. Desserts were good. The cheesecake was tall and silky and rich. The butter cake had citrus notes and although I loved it if you don’t care for that then steer clear. The chocolate mouse was beautifully presented but bland as well. Where is the salt!? That would make a world of difference! All in all we had a great evening and enjoyed time together as a family but definitely will not return. FYI our bill was 298$ That was for me and my husband and daughter only. 😳 who’s stupid enough to pay 52$ for a 7 oz filet alone especially when your dad raises beef cattle? …. . oh wait .. that would be me!? Never again…. Not worth it! Find a local farmer get some fresh cuts and grill those babies at home. You won’t regret it like us tonight.. 🤦‍♀️ PS.. the whole place was dead by 730 when we left.. should tell you everything you need to know right there! Lovely staff though wish them all the best!

Our server was kind, but it took longer than expected to get our food and check out. She, unfortunately, charged us another table's bill, which was about $100 more. She said she fixed it, but my bank account is showing otherwise. So, I'll eventually have to call and get the sorted out. We went for restaurant week, and the food was okay. It was smaller portions, which was understandable but still didn't seem worth it. The lobster bisque and dessert were tasty. But, something we are ate, both my husband and mine stomach upset. I would maybe go back for a regularly priced meal and hope for a different result.

First, a reminder to BE KIND. Mark was our server and went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible evening. He cared so deeply about our experience to ensure that our food and service were top notch. Thank you to Mark for helping us have a great spur of the moment evening out. We appreciate you. Thanks to Nichole for checking in on us and also ensuring we were notified the restaurant was running a bit behind and letting us know to come 15 minutes later. We are pleased with our experience and will be back!

Dinner was great and our server, Mark was awesome! He was very welcoming and friendly. It makes a difference when your service is five star! We will be back to see Mark again!
