If there was a way that I could leave no stars I would. I ordered the 22 ounce steak. I ordered it rare by the time it got to my table it was overcooked. I politely ask the server if they can send it back and give me another one rare like I ordered it she apologized. They took my order, and returned with a new order, a 22 ounce stake with A sweet potato or cinnamon. What it looks like the chef was pissed off and poured the cinnamon nonstop on top of my sweet potato. The Manager’s name, Ann and pregnant had no care in the world. She was not moved by what she saw and how the customer was treated. All she said, have a good day, after I told her if she could please remove the steak for My Bill. Clearly, the chef was pissed off that the Steak was sent back. That’s why he poured the cinnamon on my sweet potato. They lost a customer

Went for a birthday. It was the first time we've been in since it opened. The service was spot on, the food was great. Seasonings were pretty good - just needed a bit more. We had parmesan crusted chicken, steakhouse mac, red rock grilled shrimp, and a few more. Would recommend and plan on going back. Ice cream sundae for birthday dessert!

Wow! My husband and I had a phenomenal experience here last night. We had a reservation made, and we came in and were immediately politely greeted & seated. The host asked if we were OK with a booth and made sure that we were comfortable with that option which we really appreciated. He was extremely warm and friendly. Our server, (I really wish I would’ve gotten her name) Provided probably the best service we’ve ever had at a restaurant, and I truly mean that. Not only was she extremely polite and professional, but she consistently checked in on us and kept a smile on her face the whole time. When our food came out, it was fresh, hot, and delicious. Very tasty and flavorful, which we appreciate. The environment was very comfortable, and laid-back. Every staff that we encountered was nothing short of extremely friendly and kept smiles on their face. I 10 out of 10 recommend this establishment to everyone, specifically at this location. I cannot wait to come back here. This restaurant exceeded our expectations, no doubt.

I’ve been to Longhorn Steakhouse a few times and really love the company, but this specific location is a disaster. The customer service was absolutely horrible. I called ahead for seating at 6 PM for 8 PM, but when I arrived at 7 PM and called to say I was there, they messaged back saying my table would be ready shortly. Then, at 8 PM, I got a message to go inside, but when I did, they claimed they never sent it. As I was walking out, I got another message to come in, but they still denied sending it. I called their number right in front of them, and the lady said she’d seat me in about 20 minutes. That turned into 30, and when I went back in, she told me five more minutes. I didn’t get seated until 9:30PM. The manager never spoke to me, and when I finally got seated, it wasn’t even at a booth like I requested. When I asked to move, she said I’d have to wait another 30 minutes, so I declined. My server and the food were amazing, but the hostess was horrendous. This ruined my date night completely, and I missed my movie tickets at 10:30 because I was supposed to be seated at 8 PM. I won’t be coming back to this location after this experience, especially since a similar incident happened a month ago.

This was my first time at a longhorn and will definitely be my last time I arrived with 2 of my friends we sat down at 12:30 I ordered the grilled corn to start it took 20 minutes to come out the corn was good but it has sour cream on it instead of the mayonnaise that it shout have for Street corn so I told them to take it back and bring it to me with the mayo and extra seasoning that took another 20 minutes so my main dish was the chicken and strawberry almonds salad full size 20 minutes later it came out half sized and without chicken so I told the waitress Tiffany to just bring me a chicken Cesar salad full size 20 minutes later I received a half sized salad at this point I was ready to go I asked for Togo containers that took 10 more minutes mind u it's also freezing in the restaurant so I take my bill up to the bar and my friends took there bill up too but they had cash and we found out that at the bar they only accept the card and so I said I would pay for mine and my friends they said that I had to wait for them to combine the bills so that I could pay with my card that was another 10 minutes paid for the bill and I still left a 10$ cash tip because I felt bad that our service was horrible and the food wasn't all that great and that they looked shirt staffed but I will never be back the waitress was able to discount the bill 10% and she took off my friend's burgers which was dry and over cooked but I believe all of our meals should have been free who waits 2 hours plus to eat when I only ordered a salad that they didn't get right and roasted corn on the cob? What a Saturday I won't ever forget

My husband and I were celebrating our 16th wedding anniversary here, and the wait was long but the lady at the door got us seated pretty fast, I liked our service, although I would have liked a bit more time to drink and enjoy being there, I felt like they was rushing for closure and in fact the restaurant was still be open for another few hours, the server never came back with extra dressing for my salad, and our steak was extra salty and I thought it would be nice to get a warning on how much salt the cook actually puts on the steak when cooking. It costs a bit to not receive a great experience.

French onion soup was very nice, highly recommended. Service was very good last visit. Seasoned perfectly cooked (medium rare) across two visits and four steaks. Also, these are gluten free. The salad was nice as was the sweet potatoes. This is a Coke place. Tables seem tight for a wheel chair if you need to get through to the back. Very pleased, will certainly be back with my gluten free family.

He checked on us several times throughout dinner and still was managing a few other tables but he kept a smile on his face the entire time. We were heading out and I saw him running to the car I’m thinking what’s wrong and my mom forgot her credit card on the table. He was running full speed to get us to make sure she got her card . Thank you so much for your amazing service Adam! We will definitely be back!
