This steakhouse attached to the Hilton was surprisingly better than expected. The food was delicious, fresh, and tasty! There were lots of options! Breanna our Bartender and Server was polite, friendly, and courteous! The wait for table service was a little long, but it was expected due to it being a Monday night and the staffing available! My steak was cooked to perfection and the Oscar option on the Filet with Bernaise was noteworthy !!

First no one was there so we got seated immediately. The table was also not clean. The waiter didn’t ask us what drinks we wanted he only asked the adult. We said something about the drink and he put the order in, but we didn’t get them for about 30 minutes. They gave us our food after about 45 minutes without any silverware so we sat there and stared at the food, they also brought my daughter the wrong meal. Then they had false advertisement with the lava cake it came to us as a cold chocolate slice of cake one in the back and there was four of us. It was supposed to come with a big wall of ice cream on the top, but it was just a plain piece of cold cake. We asked about the ice cream and they brought over a bowl of frozen ice milk. Then when they brought us a check after another 30 minutes, they overcharged us for things that we didn’t order like calamari.

My sister, myself and our 4 kids ate here tonight. It was completely empty, then we were told the soda machine wasn't working. We were concerned we had made a bad decision, but we stuck it out, and I'm so glad we did! The appetizer we ordered was the big Italian combo and it was delicious. The calamari was cooked well, the brushetta was amazing and the sausage bread had good flavor. I ordered the Chanel no 5 pasta, which was really good. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and the cream sauce was great. One of my pet peeves is shrimp in pasta dishes with the trails still on, but I looked past it. My sister had the tour of Italy entree and she was very happy with everything. My oldest had the filet and there was nothing left on his plate at the end of the meal. The 3 youngest had spaghetti. We finished with creme brulee for myself, turtle cheesecake for my sister and oldest son and vanilla ice cream for the 3 youngest. The waiter was kind and went above and beyond to get the kids ice cream. The place surpassed every expectation we had.

OH MY GOODNESS! THE FOOD IS SOOOO GOOOOD! Please give Johnny's Italian Steakhouse a try when you're at Easton. I feel this place is overlooked because it's attached to the Hilton Garden Inn and people think you need a reservation at the hotel to eat there. This is not the case. Walk in anytime during normal business hours and get ready to have a wonderful meal experience! I'm so picky when it come to prepared food but had no complaints because this kitchen has one amazing master chef that makes it right! The Bartender Chelsea who took our orders and served the meals was a fabulous professional to deal with. She is THE BEST! Thanks Chelsea for making our date night so fun and memorable! : )

It's really not difficult to understand why this place is struggling. The help is disinterested. When I was there only one other couple arrived to done at 6:45 on a Friday night. My wife overheard the chef saying they were out of ravioli. How are they out of ravioli? There was literally no one there from 6pm-7pm except for us and this other couple. The front door to the restaurant was also locked. The help is nice, but not attentive and when I did dine in closer to open the food was unremarkable. This is not a serious restaurant. It's just some hotel eats.

When we arrived there was only one bartender and one server. We sat at the bar and the liqour selection was very small and the bartender didn't have the ingredients needed for a lemon drop martini, so I opted for vodka and pineapple juice. My boyfriend opted for a beer on tap. We placed our order with the bartender, and after a half an hour we still hadn't received our salads. The server then came to us and informed us that the bartender had to step away for an emergency and asked us what we ordered. We still sat there for another 15 minutes before the bartender returned with our salads. We had a comedy show to go to and would've been late had we continued to sit and wait for our entrées so we declined the salads and asked for the check for our drinks. The check came to $25.00 for a tap beer and titos vodka with some old pineapple juice. To say I was thoroughly annoyed is an understatement. I've been to Johnny's Italian Steakhouse several times and I was appalled by the complete decline in this restaurant. Unfortunately, I will not be back.

Bartender was very attentive. I had a glass of wine, the little Italy combination small portion appetizer that filled me up! It’s basically a meal if only person is eating it. I didn’t care for the fried ravioli & cheese it was crispy but flavorless as was the calamari. The bruschetta was appetizing. The sausage bread was decent in flavor but a little dry. I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken added togo. I didn’t expect the dressing to be on it so by the time I got home it wasn’t as fresh. But the chicken was very flavorful and good! Overall I’d give this place another try for a full entree the menu has a few nice pasta options I’d like to try. That appetizer just filled me up this round. Also they have lobster bisques on the menu but they no longer have it so don’t even try to order it.
