10/10 dining experience. Prime Rib, mashed potatoes, broccoli, Pomegranate martini, salad, and carrot cake (warm) were all pure perfection. I'm a picky diner so correct temperature, well seasoned, and aesthetically plated foods that meet, let alone exceed, my expectations are rare. My waitress, Day, was attentive, detail oriented, chic, and delightful. This entire dining experience was so pleasant that it gave me a brief escape from our stressful country.

Good food, relaxing atmosphere. Service was friendly and prompt. Food is good, not great. I would eat here again. Fries were good. Baked potato tasted different than what we are used to, not sure why but still eatable. Burger was very good, so was the kebab meat!

Been here a few times and never had the chance to leave a review. It has always been a satisfying experience visiting the restaurant. This time I came with my mom and niece as they arrived in Columbus. They wanted meat for dinner and J. Alexanders did not disappoint their appetite. They enjoyed every bite and refreshing drinks they requested. Service is always off the charts, friendly and always with great suggestions from the menu. Thank you.

Me and my girlfriend decided to come here for a day time steak, unfortunately we didn’t expect what happened, on their menu it says above the steaks that they will respectfully not cook any steaks past medium, so I ordered medium, so did my girlfriend, get got a ribeye and baked potato and I got a filet mignon with frys, upon eating some I noticed how over done my steak was I said something to the waiter and he asked me if I wanted new and I was hungry at this point and just continued to eat, then my girlfriend gets past her fat on the ribeye and it was straight beef jerky. Also she had a huge rotten spot in her baked potato, I called the manager over and I asked the manager if she could do something for us for our meal. She then brings me the check and only comps us $20 off the bill when be BOTH sent back our steaks and didn’t eat anymore after I took pictures. Didn’t take leftovers home either, the mangers response to me was well you shouldn’t have ate half of it. Definitely won’t be back. This felt like the Applebees of steakhouses. Also to add about the sushi, we got the spicy tuna roll and not sure if they use something on their tuna but it wasn’t red, it was a brownish color.

Low and slow cooked steaks are really great! Totally just takes steak to a whole new level! The crab cakes were very good! Unexpectedly firm meat, not a lot of flour coating at all, which was nice!

Best experience ever. The service was great. The food was amazing. Melt in your mouth steak. Not overly crowded. Definitely recommend. It is a nice quiet atmosphere.

Modernly chic restaurant with a petite superb menu of steaks, seafood, and chicken. Delicious appetizers. I had the deviled eggs that are topped with a strip or strips of bacon. I also had their Cesar salad. For my entree I had the rotisserie chicken with mash potatoes and a few glasses of Riesling wine. Nice and comfortable seating. Nice crowd that suits its ambiance.
