Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

We really enjoyed our food here. Honestly, our visit wasn’t so great because of our server Tim. First impression was definitely a lasting one with this gentleman. It started off with him walking by a couple times without greeting us or telling us that he would be right with us. We had no clue he was even our server with how many times he strolled by. He then threw our straws down on the table when we got our drinks. He reached across my face to grab a plate instead of asking for it or going through the middle of the table. His elbow was about an inch and a half from my nose. He did not check on us throughout our visit either. And, when we had an issue he did not offer an explanation or even to go seek guidance from his manager. All in all I was highly disappointed with his service. He definitely needs some retraining. We will visit again as long as we are not seated in his area.

First time dining here. I really liked the overall look of the restaurant. The wine chiller is amazing. The salad and dinner was excellent. Our server was excellent. I will be coming back and I strongly recommend this restaurant.

Won't return for lunch here! Mainly our waitress Decia, not sure if she was ending her shift or what but everything was extremely rushed and wrong. Expressed we was in no rush and celebrating a birthday. She didn't care once you read the review! Appetizers; Crab Cakes and Deviled eggs. Both were very delish and I recommend! 1st course: two salads, came right on top of our appetizers. One salad was made with incorrect but manager fixed right away. I would get dressing onside it had entirety wayyy to much dressing for our liking. Entrees: two filets both came out cooked incorrectly but one was only sent back to get fixed by manager again. Steaks lacked any seasoning. Side of mushrooms and mashed potatoes both were good. Birthday dessert came out moments later- still had our entrees in front of us. Just bad! We explained at the beginning we wanted to order the bread pudding (even called ahead to make sure it was possible) for the birthday dessert (fine paying) but she didn't listen and said cheesecake is free anyway and brought that. Asked for the bread pudding again and moments later it came out. I asked no candle? She said she didn't have a lighter- wow! Especially since we watched the table behind us get a birthday dessert with candle. I chucked and laughed like you couldn't ask for his. She shrugged it off. That was the icing on the cake for us. We had to asked for boxes and then we had to ask for bag like we was going to carry 4 boxes out in our hands. Now that our food was boxed up-we managed to enjoy the bread pudding- looked nothing like the picture and don't recommend. I had to ask for drink menu a few times durning the course of lunch. I asked at end if she had any digestifs- she had no clue what that way. The entire experience was awful, bad birthday experience for my guest not to mention beyond rushed with meal on top of meal because she apparently had somewhere to be. I've had happy hour here a couple times for drinks so MAYBE I'lI stick with that.

Our food was amazing and our service from Caleb and Liz was great! There was a blunder with 1 of our guests not receiving her meal in a timely manner, and they resolved it for us with no hassle! Will definitely be back to try some more menu items!

We waited for maybe 10 minutes and received a complimentary appetizer and dessert. Our server Demetrius was so friendly, and the manager stopped by to say hello as well. We always look for reasons to go back. So thankful for this place for always going above and beyond with customer service.

The food is good, but I especially enjoy the smoked wings. They make an amazing blue cheese dressing. I also enjoy the side of mushrooms, if there is a decent amount of the sauce it comes in on them. Service is always excellent and the atmosphere is nice but relaxed.

Despite having reservations and arriving during a relatively slow period, we waited about 15 minutes before anyone brought water to our table—and only after someone from our party went to the host stand to ask. However, the staff was quick to acknowledge the mistake and went above and beyond to make it right, offering a free appetizer for the table and providing outstanding service for the rest of the evening. We started with the deviled eggs and lobster queso dip. The deviled eggs, in particular, were a standout—one of the best appetizers I’ve ever had at a restaurant. They were far from ordinary, elevated with bold flavors and a unique presentation that made them truly memorable. For my entrée, I ordered the pork chop, and it was the bee’s knees—honestly, one of the best meat dishes I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. The side of carrots was equally impressive, an elevated take on a simple vegetable that completely exceeded my expectations. Overall, it was a great evening with fantastic food and even better company. This wasn’t my first visit to Firebirds—I had recommended it for this special occasion based on a previous great experience—and despite the initial hiccup, they reaffirmed why I’ll continue to come back.

Ethan was our server tonight. He was friendly, polite and attentive. Loved his service. Food was great. Atmosphere was awesome. Two diff managers came by our table to make sure we were good. Great experience as always.
