Fantastic Dining Experience at Butcher and the Rose I recently had the pleasure of dining at Butcher and the Rose, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. I ordered the Prime 16 oz ribeye , which was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The food was amazing! Presented with excellence! The restaurant was busy! Staff was very polite and welcoming! I got the wedge salad with 1,000 islanders dressing and it was amazing! My main course was New York syrup with caramelized carrots! The steak was cooked to perfection the carrots were mouthwatering! My boyfriend got the Caesar salad and he said it was amazing also! His main course was a 12 oz fillet with a loaded baked potato! His steak was also cooked to perfection!! He could pull it apart without his steak knife! The loaded baked potato made his night it was stuffed with thick slices of bacon and had the cheese already melted inside it!! Would highly recommend to anyone! Very beautiful space! I also got speciality cocktail called tropic like it’s hot! If you like pineapple you’ll absolutely love it!

Service was excellent, Jose Angel was our server and he did a great job explaining the menu, checking on us, and even sharing his recommendations. We started with an old fashioned & The Rose for cocktails. The Parker house bread was great! The double cut bacon was okay, but more “ham” like than we both cared for. For our entrees, we both got steak, my husband got the 12 oz NY strip and I got the 8 oz Piedmontese filet, both cookies perfectly medium and so tender. Shared the whipped potatoes & asparagus, both amazing. Dessert was the honey butter cake 🤤 absolutely perfect. Overall, a great experience and a beautifully decorated restaurant!!

The aesthetic of the restaurant is wonderful! The decor is beautiful! The food was good and fresh but I don't know that I would go again. I felt like the service was fine. We were definitely waiting for food. Felt like there was an emphasis on wines and spirits, but I can understand that because that's where the money is. We ordered french onion soup but didn't get it. I also want to point out that when they come to your table, they offer you tap water or sparkling water. The sparkling water comes at a cost of $6, just an FYI. We had a great time! Like I said, the food was good and it was fresh they definitely had some offerings other places never have, like Beef Wellington. I've had better service on a cruise though.

We went here on New Year’s Eve and it was fantastic! The food was amazing, service top notch. They had holiday decorations up. The server gave recommendations, our waters were refilled quickly. It was a great experience. Definitely on the pricy side and the guests were very dressy. Everything tasted wonderful but the Mac and cheese was my absolute favorite!

The small details were so wonderfully done… the message on the dessert plates, the stamp on the ice in my cocktail. Wow! The honey butter cake left me speechless!!
