Texas Roadhouse

A great time was had when my husband and I visited. We sat at the bar and was waited on by McKenna and Paige Bee I believe her name tag read. The service was amazing. Very kind and very attentive. Felt like an extension of the meal. The food was very good, great actually. Probably one of the best meals I've had this year. Only draw back is that it was really crowded, and the layout of the bar area isn't the greatest, but you get a crowd when you have great food. I can't wait to get back and hope it's just as good the next time. Please acknowledge the two ladies that was mentioned, they deserve it!

I love Texas Roadhouse & have been to many across the state but this location has got to be the WORST I have ever been to! The quality of food was TERRIBLE. We were given rolls that were underdone! You can tell by the coloring, size, and I literally poked them and it was doughy (attached a picture with my hand for scale). We didn’t even get cinnamon butter lol. After having them get us new rolls, we ordered our meals. I got ribs & mashed potatoes. The ribs were dry as hell & the mashed potatoes was SOUPY! The server literally had to go back and tell the cooks and even showed her manager what they served us. We were comped for the mashed potatoes. The server was very nice & understanding. I have never had any problems with Texas Roadhouse before! I believe this is a GM/staff issue. Better off just trying another location!!

The service was wonderful, Maddy was great, very friendly and left a little "happy holidays" note on the receipt which was really cute. I will say, the atmosphere is a bit hard to relax in simply because it's very loud. The customers are rowdy at times, and when paired with the music and general noise of the restaurant it can get really noisy. Overall though it was a really nice and fun experience.

I'm a vegetarian, so had never ventured to a Texas Roadhouse before, but my husband really wanted a steak last night. They have a veggie plate option, so I was able to find something for myself. This was honestly one of best dining experiences we have had in a long time! The staff truly made the evening. Everyone, from the moment we walked in, was full of energy, happy, and kind. They really take the time to engage with you and make sure you're enjoying your meal and visit. The management was actively present, talking with staff and patrons, which was really nice to see. Our server was wonderful and went above and beyond. When we left, we forgot my son's bottle on the table, she ran out and found us in the parking lot to return it. So thoughtful!

Paige, our server was incredible. She was very courteous and kept up on rolls and drinks. The food came out perfect despite being in their sunday night rush. The fried pickles were to die for, the ribs fell off the bone, and the steak was the perfect amount of tenderness. We signed up online, and the wait period wasn't too long. We were very satisfied with our experience.

At the Stow location again. Still just as good as our previous experiences! The food was fresh & cooked perfectly. Our waitress was great, too. Life long customer!.... I've been to plenty of Texas Roadhouse restaurants. The food is always amazing & bursting with flavor! They do a wonderful job. The portions for the price are great, too. Our waitress at this location was wonderful, bubbly & was on top of everything from drinks to apps to meals. My boyfriend's food & mine was barely warm but we had a party of 6 plus they were super slammed. A manager was walking by & asked how our food was so I explained how our meals weren't hot. I grew in the restaurant business with my dad & he always said you should say something because they can't fix what they aren't aware of. She ended up comping our 2 meals. It was great to be 'taken care of by a restaurant. They follow the covid rules too. We will definitely be back to this location. Thanks!
