Customer Review Summary
Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is praised for its exceptional service and friendly staff across multiple reviews. Diners report a variety of dishes, including well-seasoned steaks, flavorful sides, and desserts like lava cake, all contributing to a great dining experience. The upscale ambiance and attention to detail are highlighted, with specific staff members receiving commendations for their efforts during special occasions, such as proposals and anniversaries. However, there are some complaints about inconsistency in food quality and service; one review mentioned a disappointing experience with slow service and underwhelming sides, alongside a billing issue with a wine charge. Overall, while many have had wonderful experiences, a few customers expressed dissatisfaction and would not recommend it based on their visits.

Great service, great food, great experience! Everyone was very friendly, from the valet guys to the hostess to our servers and the food runners and manager. Absolutely superb staff. We ordered drinks, salads, the bone in ribeye, creamed spinach and loaded baked potato. Everything was great! The steaks were the best seasoned steaks we have had in a very long time. It's the kind of steak where you are completely full, but you keep eating because it's just too good to stop. Lol! We will definitely be back, it was too good not to.

Fleming’s made my proposal an unforgettable experience, and I’m incredibly grateful for their dedication. Daniel, Hannah, and the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, from seamless coordination to making us feel like absolute VIPs. The food was top-notch, with every dish bursting with flavor. If you’re looking for a place that delivers exceptional service, an elegant atmosphere, and unforgettable meals, Fleming’s is the perfect choice. They didn’t just host our evening; they made it magical and I will be forever grateful! Thank you!

Top notch steakhouse, everything was on point. Great onion rings, mac & cheese, their signature potatoes. All steaks are awesome. Dessert was a hit as well, can’t go wrong with lava cake or crème brûlée.

Fleming's is a great steakhouse if you are looking for something more upscale. They treat you right. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is top-notch. The food is also very good. I had the summertime special, which is a surf and turf of filet and lobster tail. I also ordered the Fleming's salad and the seared pork belly for an appetizer. A shared chocolate lava cake finished off the evening. The pork belly was rendered nicely with a little crisp and was a good start to the meal. The salad, greens with walnuts and raisins, was also very good. My steak was cooked just right, at medium, and the lobster tail was not overdone and complimented the filet. We had creamed corn as the side. It was sweet and buttery. The lava cake is served with ice cream, and the cold with the hot is a tasty treat. All in all, it was a very good meal, and if you want to treat yourself, this is the right place to experience that.

Was there with for an early evening anniversary dinner. Was greeted by multiple associates and seated promptly. Steak and brussel sprouts were tasty, but the Mac n cheese was on the soupy side even after the manager had it remade. He was very kind and took it off the bill. We've had the same dish on a previous visit, so I'm not sure what changed. Overall, we still enjoyed ourselves.

I made a reservation and was super excited to try this place since it was my first time and was taking my boyfriend out for a nice dinner. We came here for the Tuesday special where you get a Tomahawk steak, 2 salads, 2 sides and 2 desserts, all for $150. After beeing seated for fifteen minutes we were finally greeted by our server. I ordered a bottle for wine that was $30. I didn't see said wine for almost 20 minutes and a different server brought it over and told us she will be serving us tonight.(not sure if I was there for a shift switch or if my server was just too busy at the time of us beeing sat) She took our orders poured us a glass of wine, and we didn't see her again until we were about done with our meal. The steak was great, very tender and flavorful, it was however the smallest Tomahawk I've even got anywhere. The steak is the only reason this place deserves any stars. The sides however, they were Majorly lacking flavor. Very disappointed. I had gotten the flemmings signature potato, and the chipolte Mac and cheese both were below average. Highly don't recommend. The server stopped by a total of four times threw out the meal. We were there for two and a half hours. Once I got the bill I realized I was charged for a more expensive bottle of wine. Instead of the $30 bottle of wine that I had pointed too and verbally said the name of, I was brought a $44 or $43 bottle of wine and didn't notice the difference since the bottle took 15 to 20 minutes to be delivered to the table. Since it was only possible a $14 upcharge and I did drink it I didn't complain. The server tried making jokes that were not landing and simple came off rude and judgmental. I simple feel I was judged to be a bad table and was treated as so. I was in the service industry for most of my life and would have tipped well. Wish I could say I was treated well. But that isn't the case. Oh, and we came here to celebrate a birthday. If you look at reviews and photos you'll see that they give out boxes of chocolates for birthdays and anniversaries. The table next to us was given three boxes for their anniversary, while we were given none. I won't be back And I don't recommend this place at all

Dennis and Sierra at the Akron Flemmings were delightful. Dennis kept our glasses full, and Sierra also helped take care of us. They were both very personable. They make this a great place to come for any occasion.
