The dinning experience was awesome! The food tasted good and the presentation was great. Over all mood in the restaurant was good as well. My server was helpful with menu and was friendly. Very pleased with the service. I got spicy mussels for appetizers. It had a mild kick and delicious. Not sure how I felt about the bread with mustard tho. Salad was delicious. A bit of blue cheese went so well with candied nuts. Super crunchy. Pesto porkchop definitely surprised me when it came out. Fat pork chops with goat cheese on top. It was cooked to medium and it was so juicy. Grilled tomatoes was great match with the pork. I’ll come back when I get a chance.

Had the best dinning experience here! We were down here for a business trip and dinner … the whole vibe of the place is amazing We had a wine room donning experience .. their food and service were excellent Order their pork chop and I am sure you will thank me The wine selection is also very good

Best ribeye I've ever had, and I've been all over the world. Paige was a great server for our group. If I'm ever in Akron, I will be sure to make a return trip.

This is fine dining. Everything went perfectly for our anniversary dinner. A Martini and Old Fashioned were both amazing. The Buffalo Cauliflower was seasoned perfectly with a nice zing and blue cheese dressing on the side. For the main, we choose the triple filet. All three were amazing, but my favorite was the fig glaze with portabello mushrooms. Thanks to the staff for their awesome service!

Sometimes the places that used to be known just by the mention of the name, you would get excited about it, I was excited to go back to a place that I haven't been to in a long time, but the food just wasn't up to what I expected, it was good, but I am looking for great (Wow!) for the price you pay at Ken Stewart's, right? The service was great! The staff was very pleasant. I will go back because I think everyone deserves a second chance and it just could have been an off day. 2-20-25 - So I gave them a second chance and I'm glad we did. Outstanding food and great service. Scallops and Steaks were outstanding! The beet salad was delicious.

My husband and I visited Ken Stewart’s on 2/15/25 for a post Valentine’s Day lunch. Our reservation was at 2:00 pm and we arrived at around 1:50 pm, we traveled all the way from Twinsburg to patronize this restaurant. The hostess, I did not get her name, was INCREDIBLY sarcastic said “I have you reserved for the patio, is that where you want to be?”, mind you, it’s February in OHIO. I jokingly said “no”. She then proceeded to say that she could seat us in the bar area, we were fine with that. Once we got to the table she said “we have a reservation at 4:30, so we need you to get up by then”. Appalled, I looked at my husband and she just walked away. I looked around and there were approximately 5 tables out of like 10ish total, aside from the bar, that were occupied. She then proceeded to walk by twice with seemingly bad energy. I was instantly TURNED OFF. Then I dropped my scarf and purse on the floor so I got up to get it off of the floor and she just so happened to be seating a party right behind our table. She then got uncomfortably close to me as I was gathering my things. I was, again, put off by this. It was so bad that my husband, who is an Akron native and oblivious to things like this, even noticed. The manager, Christy(i), happened to bring the appetizer to our table and I informed her of the unpleasant interactions and she apologized immensely and offered to accommodate us further to rectify the negative experience. We truly appreciate her hospitality and understanding during this experience. Our server, Jenny, was also very nice and gave great service. She was prompt and checked on us frequently. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, but the hostess needs addition training or potentially a different job in an effort to learn how to treat guests. When people come in and are celebrating an occasion or just simply paying those premium prices, lunch or dinner, I think better treatment is warranted. The owner, management, and potential guests need to know this too because that behavior was unacceptable and distasteful.

Update: Spoke with management regarding my concerns and they were very understanding and friendly. You can tell they want to offer the best service and food. I will definitely be going back and optimistic about having another great experience like in the past. Original Review: Food and service have always been excellent except this time. The food was delicious, best French onion soup as always. Our waitress was not very attentive because she had another large table to wait on. The bread and butter got served late when our meal arrived. Our waitress accidentally charged me $40 for a glass of wine when it should have been $12…. Then she corrected the bill but was charged a 9oz pour vs 6oz and then it got corrected again. Paid extra for the additional steak sauce which was not boxed up with the meal (even though I requested it to be.) For being a fine dining establishment and for the price you pay, I expect higher standards.
