Steak 'n Shake

Nice clean place. Food was just average, nothing special. What was special was the lady who helped us from the second we walked in. She helped with the ordering screen, she brought us our food and all our condiments and anything else we needed. Superior service with a smile!! Wish we'd caught her name!

I just stopped by for a Reese's cup shake and the ordering was quick and easy at the kiosk. The shakes here are very good and I love the glass it is served in of you dine inside. The order was completed quickly and I sat at a clean table. I am always glad when a restaurant is clean. The shake was delicious.

7 year old son: The M&Ms are always in the right place in my milkshake. My hot dog is grilled excellently. The seats are in good condition. 10 year old son: The food is exceptionally good. There isn't much else, the rest is okay. Wife: The fresco melt is perfectly toasted. Cleanliness is average. The fries are excellent. Husband: I get a cheeseburger and it has a good flavor and it's never served cold. The workers are friendly and the tables are clean.

This particular franchise is under fairly new ownership and I was there for the first time in quite a while. It was tremendous. The double steak burger and onion rings were great and the chili was fantastic. The location was even doing a Dine & Donate that day with 97.5 WONE and donating 25% of their day's sales to the Valor Home of Summit County. I highly recommend trying them again if you haven't been there lately and surely try them for the first time if you've never.

Food was good. The only issue was that their drink machine wasn't explained to me. Basically you have to use your receipt and scan it at the machine to get your drinks. I didn't know this at first, and threw it away. So I had to buy ANOTHER drink. Soured me on the whole thing.

Forgot how good the food really was here fantastic! The atmosphere was slightly dirty, and the help seemed a bit quiet, but overall, it was a good experience. Get the shake. You won't regret it!

Me and my friends agree that this place is great if you just hate your stomach, honestly cancel your plans if you've got anything to do the next day cause you'll be spending most of it on the throne. My burger had onions despite me ordering it without. They fixed it, but they acted like it was such a chore to do so. Waited about 15 minutes for a singular burger to get done.
