Husband and I went tonight for dinner, first time we've been in years, i was so excited for a wonderful steak dinner. I got the ribeye, baked potato and side salad. When our food first came out, there was shrimp on my plate (I can't eat) that I didn't order so our server took it back to make it right. She ended up just putting the steak and potato on another plate, the steak was barely warm when I got it back. The steak was insanely thin yet so tough I had to cut it into tiny pieces to eat. Even the fat was tough and stringy. I ended up just bringing it home with me. My side salad was delicious, the baked potato was good and my husband liked his burger with fries. We will not return, the whole point was the steak, we can get everything else somewhere else.

It was a busy Saturday and we could not find any restaurant that didn’t have a time of 30-45 minute waits. So we chose to try the outback to see how it goes. We walk in and we were seated quickly with no wait time, kinda unusual for a busy Saturday but we were just happy to be seated. Then we order our food and drinks, the drinks came out quick along with our appetizer. But the problem was the dinner itself, one of the $30 dollar plates came out and it looked un portioned. Apparently in this photo below is a 6 oz steak. As soon as we saw this disproportioned steak we immediately laughed at it. Eventually through our waitress we got a hold of the manager to try and work something out. The manager’s solution in her mind, was to simply hand a reward card for a free appetizer or desert for the next time we came in. We informed her that there will be no next time. (due to the disappointment of spending $30 dollars on a skimpy little dinner plate.) When the manager realized that we were dissatisfied with the reward card, she actually asked us, “Are you really gonna sit there and laugh at my face?” Clearly she is confused and immature, we were laughing at the plate not at her. But eventually something struck her mind to take $10 dollars off our meal. The actual solution that made sense. Do not waist your money here!

The blooming onion appetizer was over cooked and the breading tasted burnt. I had the pork chops instead of steak on this visit. Was impressed when giving the order when the waiter asked how I would like it cooked. The chops came cooked as ordered. However. I didn’t like the glaze. It tasted not full mixed before being applied. Tasted like it had some powder not fully mixed together. The baked potato was a home run. The service shined for this meal. The atmosphere could use an upgrade and/or a detailed cleaning.

Got the Kingsland pasta, steak and shrimp was good but the pasta was basically butter noodles. No Alfredo sauce at all on it. Should have just got a steak and shrimp. It was $25 for a cut of steak and some shrimp. Pasta was not good.

Took the kids here for a birthday dinner along with my buddy. Decent food for an Outback, great service as well. Despite the severed head in one of the men's restroom stalls, I have no personal quarrels with this restauraunt. However, my buddy received cold food, and that's a no go for me.

I sat with a party of 3, I ordered something to go, I asked for extra honey mustard with my to go Alice Springs. Once the food was brought out I asked my waiter if it was extra honey mustard, he replied yes. Once I got home my husband asked me where is the honey mustard, I said in the bag. When I went and looked it wasn't even 1 honey mustard that come with the meal let alone extra.

The street view for this location is beautiful. My weakness is outdoor patio’s and they have one! We chose this location to celebrate 8 birthdays. From the time we arrived we were treated like royalty. The food is absolutely amazing! Everyone had a wonderful time.My favorite dish is the new strawberry salad. I will never forget my drink. It was one of the most creative marketing ideas I’ve ever tasted. I love the beach so I brought my shark home as a souvenir. This location is the most popular and the quality of service is the reason why. Enjoy!

My family & I typically come here a lot for dinner mainly. Tonight the crowd seemed especially light. The service still seemed slow, behind & we waited a long time for our food. The blooming onion we ordered was burnt which we just didn't bother saying anything... My cheeseburger I ordered as " medium" for cook temp came out extremely raw. I could not even eat it. We then mentioned it to the server who was definitely what I would call nice & polite. But didn't seem to have much to offer other than cooking it more after waiting 20 minutes for her to even come back to our table. She then told us she would talk to the manager but then never offered anything further. I was unhappy with not being offered more options. My burger was a $15 entree, the least they could have offered was to take it off the bill.
