This was one of the nastiest dinners I had in a long time. Instead of focusing on good customer service, employees kept wanting to point out what time they close. Chicken was not hot, very grease, plated poorly. Mashed potatoes tasted old and greasy as well. Probably will not visit again.

We had the best dinner last night at Longhorn’s! Check #11170. It was super packed. There was a line of cars turning to the parking lot, as it was the eve of a sunny Saturday and everybody was out. We called ahead and were put on a text list. Once texted, you have 25 minutes to check in. That’s great, but we arrived too late and lost the table. Our fault. Here’s comes the start of the best dinner. 😀 The hostess said she’d try and get us a table. We had 5 people. I thought this will be :45 minutes. She got us a table in moments! Our server Teal was outstanding from start to finish. She took great care of us and never looked rushed. We had drinks, appetizer, salads and dinner meals, so she was moving. The food was excellent and the restaurant was clean. 5 stars isn’t enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went for lunch and had Baby Back Ribs and a salad. A generous portion and they were tender and juicy. The waitress was okay but could've been better. She made a couple of stops but did not use the opportunity to clear dishes while she was there. For a large chain, I find them to be consistent with their offerings and portions. I'll go back.

Sat at the bar. Among the best service I’ve had. Food came out in the proper order. Quick. Cooked to temp I asked for.

Honestly had a wonderful evening here. Nice service. Great food, especially for a chain. Steak was cooked perfectly. My baked sweet potato was delicious and it was huge!! I always love molten lava cake and theirs definitely hit the spot!

I asked for only salt on my filet & salmon. Either the chef didn't read the order correctly or the server didn't tell the chef. Either way, the proteins had some type of seasoning that was too spicy. The kitchen remade my order & they compt my desserts. I LOVE Longhorns, so I was disappointed that my meal was messed up. The service was very apologetic.

Well, dining at Longhorn was quite the experience Friday evening. The food, Not bad steak was overcooked which is often the case but no biggie. The ambiance? Decent. The service? Oh, where do I begin? Our server, Ivy, really went above and beyond to make things… memorable. She asked my boyfriend if he had a woman at home to cook for him since he frequently visits the restaurant… while we both were sitting at the table. Charming, right? I mean, who doesn’t love outdated stereotypes and invasive questions with their meal? We often frequent this location, but honestly, every time (if) I enter the doors this situation will overplay in my mind. I’ll admit that I work as an healthcare provider and with respiratory season cooking has not been a priority. But who would have known that hours of caring for others would cause assumptions like these. Audacity and disrespect must be on sale this week. If you’re looking for a side of awkward commentary and inappropriate conversation with your dinner, this is the place for you! Hopefully, management can train their staff on professionalism—or at least on how to keep the conversation relevant to the menu.

Our food was mid, steaks over cooked. Took awhile to order our food…our waitress was covering the bar as well. The appetizers were good though.
