Customer Review Summary
Beau's Grille offers a mixed dining experience. Many reviews mention that while the food is generally good, the service can be lacking. A guest highlighted a frustrating experience during a birthday dinner, noting long wait times for food and poor management responsiveness. Others praised specific menu items, like the clam chowder and house-made cheese sticks. Reservations are recommended, especially for larger groups, to avoid delays. Positive experiences featured attentive staff and enjoyable dishes like lobster and black pepper ravioli. However, some diners reported negative interactions with servers and overall dissatisfaction with service. While the atmosphere can be pleasant, inconsistent service seems to be a recurring issue. Overall, diners appreciated the food but emphasized the need for better service practices.

Just a solid outing, nothing really special. Mondays are limited menu but there's enough to choose from. The food was good, service was good, nothing special Beyond that. I will say get the clam chowder, it was very very good

Went to my friends birthday dinner on 1-25-25. Dinner party started at 6:00pm. Asked about where the party was, was told they're waiting on more guest to arrive before we could be seated. Went to the bar area my husband waited 15 minutes to order drinks was ignored so I said nevermind. Get seated in the party area at 6:30 food did not come out till 8:45, while other people who came after the party were served drinks and salads. Asked to speak with the manager Jake he never came. Food finally arrived IT WAS COLD!!! Sent food back, never got the food but it was on my bill. Let the waitress know we never received the food and she took it off the bill. After a disaster of a night Jake finally comes out. And on top of everything else they charge a fee to use my credit card which is RIDICULOUS!!! I've been to Beau's on several occasions and never had any problems. But I definitely will not be back.

You have probably never eaten at a hotel restaurant of this caliber! The house-made cheese sticks are the best you will ever have! Pork chop cooked to perfection. Several great local beer options. I usually opt to dine at the bar, because Mel is an incredibly efficient, attentive bartender!

Came here for a work seminar, we reserved our table 1 month ahead of time for about 10 people so they had plenty of time to prepare, we had a limited menu to choose from. We placed our orders from appetizer to dessert all at once. The mozzarella sticks were very good, the salad was nothing special but had to wait 2 hours for our entrees to come out and by then everyone asked for a box to take it home. After working all day long and getting to restaurant at 6pm for our reservation our food entree didn't come out until after 8!! Then when I asked for a box and also advised that I would like my dessert to go also because I still had 1/2 hour drive home the waitress rudely said well it's going to be a while for the dessert! No apologies for how long we waited for our food, no manager came to apologize. Nothing. Very disappointed 😞 but the food was good when I finally got home and ate it although I had to heat it up.

Today’s review is… Beau’s Grille located at 3180 W Market St, Akron, OH 44333. This is my first-time dining here, so I was excited. We had ten in our party. We were there for a graduation dinner, and we had a reservation. My honest tasting would've been 3.5 stars. Upon arrival, the restaurant was clean, and the hostess staff was nice. They led us to where the rest of the party was sitting and gave us our menus. As we waited on our final person in our party, our waitress Katy greeted us. On a scale of 1-10, I would give her overall score of 6. The way she spoke to us made us feel as though she did not think that we understood her in reference to how we could pay our tabs as well as a few other things. While placing our orders, I gave the water a taste, and the water was really good. I drank about 3 glasses which is a lot of water for me a restaurant. I am unsure if bread at the table is complementary, but we had to ask for it. It came to the table warm, served with individual wrapped butter which was served very cold. The bread was good. With the amount of people that we had in our party, the food, appetizers and entrees came out in a decent amount of time. I ordered the Medium Hot Banana Peppers for my appetizer and the 12oz. Grilled Pork Chop with Yukon Mashed Potatoes and Mixed Veggies drizzled with BBQ sauce. The presentation of the food was nice. The peppers were boring for my liking. They lacked flavor all around and the tomato sauce that came with it was a bit on the sweet side for me. My husband ordered the Kevin’s New Orleans Shrimp Over Cheddar which was served over jalapeno grits. The name is weird and doesn’t really help make you understand what you are going to get, but I must say, it was better than my appetizer. The 12oz. pork chop meal was ok. I am unsure if I would get it again, but it was not bad, just didn’t meet up to my expectations. My overall thoughts of this restaurant… My expectations were set high. They did not whole heartedly meet my expectations, but I would go back and give them another try. I don’t know what I would order next because the menu did not excite me, but I am sure I would be able to find something.

Feb 24th, 2025 I went down to the restaurant to eat dinner at approximately 6:30. dinner was only being served in the lounge. I approached and waited, 4 workers stared at me not 1 said hello. NOTHING. one walked from behind the counter and walked right pass me nothing. after waiting a min. I left. went across the street for dinner. I won't spend my hard earned money when they won't even acknowledge me.

We’ve never sought a restaurant inside a hotel before, but there’s a first for everything and we are SO glad we found this flavorsome little spot! From start to finish, our visit to Beau’s Grille was fantastic. The service was truly top tier and began before we even arrived — after indicating in our reservation that we were there for date night, the staff arranged their secluded and incredibly comfortable crescent booth just for us! (Pro-tip: if you want to try out Beau’s Grille, do be sure to make a reservation). Being in a corner booth, we didn’t get to experience much of the atmosphere and we’d love to go back and sit out on the terrace. To drink, we got the watermelon and garden cocktails. The watermelon cocktail was a bit on the strong side, but The Garden was pretty tasty! It comprised of cucumber vodka, a spritzer, and some cucumber and basil garnishes and was quite refreshing. To start, we decided to try the Funky Tuna Tartare and WOW was it wonderful. We’d never had tuna tartare before, but this dish sure made us glad we have. We highly recommend this if you enjoy sushi — they have very similar flavors! For our main dishes, we went with the seasonal Lobster Ravioli, as well as the house favorite Black Pepper Ravioli. Friends, believe us when we say… these are definitely not like your average ravioli dishes! The lobster ravioli was fresh and creamy, and the sun dried tomatoes added a nice bit of flavor. Additionally, the black pepper ravioli was chock-full of colorful veggies and had some of the most wonderful flavors we’ve had. All in all, we highly recommend that you check out this cozy little spot in the Hilton hotel. You’ll be treated with such kindness and your taste buds will thank you for days to follow!

I had brunch at Beau's Grille inside the Hilton Hotel with family and friends. I ordered their Weekend Brunch Traditional Entrees - 2 Cage Free Eggs any style, Ohio Sausage or Bacon, Home Fries, Organic Sprouted Toast - I asked for bacon and for it to be crispy. When my food arrived, my plate was gorgeous, minus my crispy bacon. I asked the waitress could my bacon be recooked. To my surprise, she brought me a fresh side of crispy bacon, she made me day. I truly enjoyed my experience and I'll be back.
