Customer Review Summary
The Porch | Kitchen & Cantina can be challenging to locate due to unclear signage and parking. The food is generally good but considered pricey, with standout dishes like queso and tacos, alongside well-made margaritas. The atmosphere is described as quirky and cute, but backless stools make it difficult to store personal items. Service is consistently praised, with particular compliments to staff like Joan for being attentive and bringing special treats. The menu features fresh, scratch-made Tex-Mex food, with highlights including the Santa Clara Bowl and puffy tacos. Outdoor seating is appreciated for its charm, alongside monthly specials that keep customers coming back. However, there is a strong negative review regarding overpriced and poorly executed food, citing an unfortunate experience with a Bloody Mary. Overall, the restaurant offers a mix of positive dining experiences alongside some criticisms regarding food quality and pricing.

Kind of hard to find- no clear marking from the road, parking is unclear. Food was good, although expensive. Margarita was also good. Atmosphere was quirky, quaint and cute. Although the tall tables have backless stools so there’s no where to put jackets, etc.

Great Tex Mex spot, food, service and environment is always good and you can count on good beverages also! We love coming here for lunch on the weekends! Food is from scratch and good quality made fresh with excellent ingredients as well! This is a good go to spot! The queso and margaritas are on point and I love the freshness of the tacos everytime also!

Went here for a friend’s birthday dinner. The food was amazing. I got the Santa Clara Bowl and it was DELICIOUS. Our server Joan was sweet, funny, and attentive. The Blueberry Ginger Margarita was also fantastic and I’ll be thinking about it for sure. Highly recommend and thanks Joan for bringing a special birthday treat for my friend!

My third time here. All I can say is yummo! I have gotten something different each time I come. I ordered the puffy tacos this time. They are complex and packed with flavor. The shell is light and yet still crispy. The flavors explode in your mouth. Each bite a new flavor profile.

So it took us some time to find this place. For some reason, there are no clear signs. Once we got there, we got a table outside. I think the outdoor seating is cute. We had a Pork Belly Bowl and the Chicken Enchilada. No complaints about the food at all. The service was decent as well.

The Porch is our favorite spot for Tex-Mex favorites. The food is always delicious, and we look forward to the specials each month. The staff is one of the best in town.

HOT GARBAGE!! Overpriced everything was cold and had a horrible overly sweet taste. Worst Bloody Mary I have ever had. Absolutely not worth the money. The vibe is cute and “progressive” but food and drink were just terrible. I hate to rip on anyone’s business but this deserves my thoughts
