I'm so glad I finally made it here! It has been on my list for quite some time now. I met up with a friend last week for a holiday catch up. We arrived at 7pm on Wednesday and were able to sit at the bar immediately. This is a very small, honestly overcrowded place, but helps to make it feel cozy and inviting. Parking is tight, but we both lucked out with nearby street parking within a block of the restaurant. The bartender was nice and gave us time to peruse the menu. For drinks, my friend got a riesling and I tried the festive cranberry martini. We split the toasted ravioli appetizer and each got a pasta dish for our entree. The ravioli was tasty and came with a delicious red sauce. Also, their bread and oil (with pesto) was really good too, and I'm not really a huge fan of bread to begin with! I had the chicken marsala and my friend got the pacheri montese. We both really enjoyed our entrees, great portions, I had enough leftovers for both lunch and dinner the next day! Pretty standard prices, all in all a nice meal here. I'll be back the next time I'm craving Italian again!

Wonderful food, warm family atmosphere, and leftovers for the next day! Be prepared to wait for a table, but it is worth doing so. Facility is a little tight because it is so popular, but I had plenty of elbow room. This is my 12 yr old's favorite place to eat. One of my favorites, too! From salad to dessert, it is delicious all the way through.

Best Italian food in the Triad. Authentic Italian dishes, attentive servers, fabulous cocktails, and the desserts are oh so delicious. Highly recommend. Excellent place for small, intimate celebrations with those you love.

This was our second time here in 2 3 days!! The meatballs are fantastic, the desserts are even better!! I don't really want to let others know, because, it will be even harder to get in here for food!! Such a dilemma!

Great food. We arrived at 4 pm and were the only ones. But really enjoyed the food (a pasta with a marinara sauce and Italian sausage). People started coming in at 5 pm. Good restaurant with an interesting interior.

The food was delicious and generously portioned. We had necktie and black coffee for dessert and it was perfect. The atmosphere was quite dark though at 4 pm. Maybe it's better in the evening.

This is old school. It is done the right way. The service was excellent. The food is classic, simple things done well. Every detail is important. Every flavor matters. It is rare to eat a meal and have it transport you back to a time when quality and service mattered above all. Whenever I am in Winston-Salem, I will be back. What a treat!
