Service was great. The server gentleman was taking care of us really well. Mixed temperature were undercooked. Tokyo salad served with onion in it and the size of onions were really big. Watch out 😉

I got the spicy, crunchy tuna roll and it was seriously some of the best sushi I've ever had. It wasn't spicy at all, but still delicious. The miso soup was solid. Server was attentive and I'm happy with what I got for the price. Thanks, guys!

This use to be one of our favorite Japanese restaurants. This is our second trip recently that has been very disappointing. After waiting 45 minutes in with only 3 tables sat- our cooked food came out barely warm and had clearly been sitting under the heat lamps for a while. The server never refilled drinks or checked us at all. Last visit was similar. I’m sad to say our once favorite has gone drastically down hill. The sushi was decent tonight but not greats

Do not eat here! Food is mid. Portions are VERY LITTLE FOR THE OUTRAGEOUS PRICE!! They do not do refunds or replacements! They cooked my food wrong!! Instead of cooking it right, they gave me teriyaki marinade… and my plate was $17, with $10 worry of food in it! I should have went to little Ari, I’m so mad right now!

Got a takeout/delivery. Food was not as expected. Very gooey bang bang shrimp. Whoever made that left out some starch or the like. The Lover Roll was also gooey w/what seems as very overcooked rice. The Salem Spirit app roll was excellent! The Chicken & Shrimp was ok, just very average, quite bland, actually. Too many other restaurants out here to give this place any recommendations.

No no nooooooo ! The shrimp is over cooked no flavor , white sauce is more mayo than anything . Broccoli mushy . Steak I’ve done might be better on dine in but my takeout experience was horrible. Then to be charge and extra 1.50$ for white sauce when only given one per place is crazy . Spring rolls soggy

Where to begin? We ordered the steak and lobster, and what we were served shocked us. The steak was overcooked and came pre-cut, telling us that it probably came store-bought from a bag. This was made clearer to us when my lobster came in small pieces as well, stuffed into a shell that was probably bought separately, it’s original meat already eaten by a luckier person than me. The lobster pieces also tasted nothing like lobster, go figure. The vegetables that came with the entree all clearly came out of a can as well, what a shock. The sushi we ordered was admittedly higher in quality to the steak and lobster, but the crab meat that came with the California rolls we ordered was clearly fake. Another disappointment to add to the pile. So, what did we pay for this sub-par meal that I’d feel bad feeding to my dog? $50 This is our first (and last) time dining at the Sakura restaurant chain, I hope for everyone else’s sake that this particular restaurant is an aberration and that the others are amazing, I somehow doubt it. 2/10

The food is always wonderful when we go, its the only place in town we will get sushi. ***update2023** This is a wonderful place to eat. We have missed going through covid but kept the drivethru busy. For the first time in 3 years, we ate in and it was even better than we remember! My Tempura was hot and crispy. The sushi was amazing, and the steak delicious! Can't wait to make this our regular dine out again.
