I stopped in for lunch today. I was warmly and promptly greeted by the host. My server was very attentive and took my drink order and brought my drink quickly. I needed extra time to look over the menu and he did not try to rush me and brought me a basket of those delicious biscuits while I was choosing lunch. I ordered Uncle Walt’s favorite Shrimp from the lunch menu. It comes with one side so I chose a baked potato. I added a side salad for $1.99 extra. My salad came quickly. It had fresh lettuce, croutons, a few red onions and chopped tomatoes but the mango pineapple vinaigrette dressing was incredible. It was fruity and tangy, just like I like it. The fantail shrimp was deep-fried and was crunchy and flavor able. The baked potato was really good with generous amounts of butter and sour cream. It was a very good lunch😀

We were here to use a gift card we received from corporate as compensation for a bad experience we had at Red Lobster in Hawaii. We arrived about 6:30 on Friday. The young man at the front stated he’d seat us momentarily. It didn’t seem too busy for a Friday evening. We soon discovered that the young man that seated us would also be our server. His name is Andrew. He was zipping around doing many jobs and taking care of several tables. I acknowledged that he was having to do a lot and he apologized, stating that several employees called out of work. He let us know that he’ll do his best to serve us in a timely manner. The food was just as ordered and served hot. I tried their new item; shrimp and grits. It was FANTASTIC! Everyone in our party said their food was delicious as well. We heard Andrew tell new table of guests that they may get slower service than usual and they chose to stay. I think just the acknowledgment ahead of time is really appreciated. Many places are having a hard time keeping staff and we can empathize if we understand the circumstances. Andrew was so patient with us as we used multiple gift cards, despite the many jobs he was having to cover. We asked to speak with his manager. We shared with Kim that he did an excellent job and how much we appreciated him. I put “maybe” for whether or not I’d recommend this establishment. I say if you are not in a rush and can be patient with the service, then YES, go. If you’re in a time crunch, I would say this isn’t the place. BUT they are doing the best they can.

I waited a few days to write this review as I needed time to wrap my head around how bad this visit was. This was the only place my mom wanted to go to when she visited from NY State and she would be heartbroken to have has this experience. I arrived at approximately 710pm and waited 15 minutes until my server even arrived to take my drink order. She stated she was making biscuits in the back because they were shorthanded. Her name was Genesis. Honestly, she was the best part of this whole fiasco. I ordered stuffed mushrooms, Shrimp your way x3 and a side salad. The salad was fine. As I was eating my salad, a manager type brought out my dinner. I stated that I hadn't even received my appetizer much less finished my salad. He took my dinner back and Genesis arrived a few minutes later with my appetizer and she promised to take it off of the bill. hen I was finished with the salad and appetizer, which wasn't that great, she brought my dinner. It tasted like the original one brought out to me had just been reheated. Not good. When Genesis brought my check, the appetizer was still on there to which I replied that I thought she was taking it off. She laughed and said that's what happens when you ask someone else to help. I thanked her, gave a generous tip, and left. I do not believe I will return to this location any time soon. Get your act together!! I visited on Friday February 28, 2025 and my check time is 813pm. The check number is 65005 and the location number is 6206.

This restaurant is accessible from both North and Southbound US 421 and East and Eastbound Interstate 40 by using Stratford Road ( US 158 ). I got there a little after 2:00 pm so the lunch rush was already over with. Got seated and my waitress was there ready to take my drink order and food order. She brought my Dr and pepper and cheddar bay biscuits which were the part of the meal I was most looking forward to. Ate popcorn shrimp with cheddar bay fries and Cole slaw. Food was served hot and in large portions. My waitress was Fantastic and all in all lunch was enjoyable and I will return.

I love red lobster it’s my favorite restaurant and I ordered from door dash and when I got the food it was a couple of mishaps. But when I got in contact with Ruby a Great blessing to the food chain she fixed all that needed to be fixed after I sat down and dined in me and my sister we had great service from Lonnie which was very sweet and patient with us it was the day after Valentine’s Day so the place was packed but they where very professional and we where presented with the best entree’s… Thanks Ruby and Lonnie. Redlobster Westbrook plaza very clean and soothing environment.

Went in on what I thought was a slow night but this place is run with a skeleton crew. 30-45 min wait turned into almost an hour and I think they mistakenly seated 2 tables before us that arrived after us. I had to ask for an update and then we were seated. Host was friendly tho Luckily we got a good server but the food took forever. It was good so no complaints. I was thrown off by the bar situation. Girl working alone was busy but only had one group of ppl at bar when we sat down. She never acknowledged us and after 10 actual minutes I asked if we could get a drink menu. It wasn't that she was rude, just like we didn't exist. Never asked what we wanted, never said she'd be with us soon. Is that not taught these days? Just found it odd. She was nice to us and got what we asked for. I think the wait staff is barely hanging on having to handle so many customers with so little staff. It's just sort of depressing in there but they're trying. ***I reposted this and took off a star due to the reply left by Red Lobster saying they were glad the WS location provided us with the "perfect night out". They ignored my entire review. Why reply if it's nonsensical.

I only ordered online for curbside, so I really don’t know much about the atmosphere. They only had two spots for curbside pickup. This wasn’t an issue, but I thought it was worth mentioning. The food was excellent, and it came out almost exactly on time. The guy that brought it out was friendly enough and quick. Everything was great!

This was our first time trying this location. The bust boy was absolutely amazing! Quick, friendly, and always keeping an eye out. He has an afro with a sharp goatee. Great worker! The cooks did their thing in the kitchen and kept it consistent. The server…Awful. The receipt says her name is Jasmine. She has glasses, wears her hair in a bun, maybe Hispanic? She literally had zero interest in giving any form of good customer service. Dropping the food on our table and having sauce splatter everywhere, walking by multiple times and saying nothing, telling us to sign the check then walking off without thanking us or anything. Her voice changed real quick and she showed amazing hospitality when “another group” entered though. Simply careless. Literally just because of her we’ll never return to this location. The other staff was great.
