Customer Review Summary
P.F. Chang's has had mixed reviews from customers. One guest praised excellent service from Erica, highlighting the delicious and timely food service, and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Conversely, another review expressed disappointment with the food changes, noting that the dynamite shrimp was no longer crispy and the new Korean chicken was cold and overpriced, though the pork dumplings were good. A birthday celebration received high marks for service and food, with Jeffrey being a standout server who enhanced the experience with his knowledge and attentiveness. In contrast, a negative review lamented the poor quality of kids’ meals, describing them as inedible and disappointing. Some patrons noted inconsistent experiences, with great service and good food once being a hallmark, but recent visits reporting issues like cold food and low staffing levels. Overall, while service quality can shine through, the food consistency appears to be a significant concern for many customers.

Absolutely amazing dinner!! Erica, our server, was just on top of everything. She refilled my coke before it had time to water down (which normally it does before I get a new one). She engaged in conversation with my friend and I, but not too much. She never rushed us once and made us feel like we were the most important table there. We might have been her first table but she appeared to serve all of her tables the same. The food was delicious! Our appetizers came in plenty of time before our main entree. The food was hot and fresh. The hostess was pleasant as well. The restaurant seemed clean and nice which is a plus. We've been here before but this is the reason we continue to go back, everything is just wonderful!

P.F. Has CHANGED! Not for the better unfortunately. The dynamite shrimp has been a long time favorite of mine; lightly breaded, crispy and seasoned with the most awesome sauce on the planet. IT’s GONE! Yes, it’s still on the menu but it’s now heavily breaded, hard texture and no awesome sauce. So disappointing. The new Korean chicken cost $7 for each piece of chicken in the ‘order for one’. 3 pieces for $21 total. We were expecting something over the top. The breast piece was cold in the middle. This supposedly is double fried. Are they serving frozen food? The flavor was interesting with what I think was an anise forward taste. I’ve had great Korean but this was not. The pan fried pork dumplings were outstanding with a wonderful soy sauce. I’m not going to hurry back. This chain used to be a go to for me when traveling because it was dependable and always delicious. The management keeps changing the menu up but not for the better. Maybe a little consumer testing should be done beforehand? It is a clean and friendly experience. That part remains, thank goodness.

This was my first time to a P.F. Chang’s and it was for my birthday! We had a party of 6 with a 7 o’clock reservation. We were seated immediately and within a minute or two our server arrived to introduce himself. Jeffrey was probably the best part of our experience there. He has worked there for 9 years, having been a cook and also a server during that time. He’s very knowledgeable about the menu and offered lots of helpful information to help us make our decisions. (It was the first time at P.F. Chang’s for everyone in the party) The food came out much quicker than I expected given how busy they were. Every single dish we ordered was not only visually beautiful but it was so delicious! I am an eggplant lover and was excited to see they had eggplant stir fry! It’s included on the vegetarian menu and as a non-vegetarian, it was a great choice!!! I had a couple friends recommend the lettuce wraps and my daughter tried them and loved them. For birthdays they bring explosives to your table. 😂 Not really.. but they DO bring a sparkler which makes for a great birthday celebration photo. They also allow the birthday guest to choose from their dessert menu, which has some really great options! I asked Jeffrey to surprise me as I couldn’t decide. He brought the banana spring rolls. It was enough to share with everyone at the table and so delicious! I was also given a birthday card signed by the staff! That’s something I’ve never received or even knew about restaurants doing. Nice touch! Before we headed out, the manager was making his rounds and asked how everything was. Seeing that he is on top of the service being provided was reassuring. Wonderful birthday dinner and experience!!!

The saddest kids meals I’ve ever seen. Worse than the cheapest thing from any grocery freezer section. And the side of fruit that was pictured so nicely on the website turns out to be 3 individual tiny pieces of orange. Wish I could return it. Edit: updating this to say the food was inedible. Like horrifically bad. Threw it away. The kids had pb and honey sandwiches.

This was so good. We got teriyaki chicken, fried dumplings and bang bang shrimp from the lunch menu. The waitress was so friendly and nice. Very attentive.

Our server, Jeffery was wonderful! He shared that he has been working at PF Changs for the past 10 years & his experience was well demonstrated. He knew the menu very well & was appropriately attentive to our needs. He shared that he started as a busboy & moved up through the ranks. That says a great deal about the management....looking to provide staff ongoing opportunities to move up the ranks.

Usually a great place to celebrate a special occasion. Not today, sadly. Our food was barely warm, the cocktail - Singapore Sling tasted like orange juice with vodka. They see.ed short staffed and I felt for those who did come into work today.

The music alone was great. Very dim lighting which I love. I had the sesame chicken lunch special and it’s filling. The pork egg roll was good.
