Chili's Grill & Bar

Had a dinner date with the hubby, one of my favorite restaurants.We ordered the triple dipper with the burgers, egg rolls and mozzarella sticks, I didn't really like the sticks they were to greasy for me but everything else was good. Hubby ordered the margarita chicken with shrimps on the side, loaded mash and corn, I had the fajita trio which was amazing, my leftover was made into tacos. Lol. Overall the experience was great we had an incredible waiter. Food was tasteful and quick.

This has to be the WORST experience we have ever had with Chilis from the hostess to the kitchen! :50 wait at 17:30 on a Saturday night, more people waiting to get a table than actually sitting down and eating. Decided to order takeout instead of waiting and that just added to the disappointment. I have pictures of the food we received and mind you I would not serve it to anyone. I really hope someone reaches out to me from corporate for the rest of the story since the local restaurant couldn’t care less! Very disappointed. Store Manager, front end manager, and kitchen manager needs to get it together.

My family stopped here during our visit to WS for my wife's birthday shopping day. This was our first ever visit to a Chili's. We signed up for the Chili's reward program The chips and salsa were the sign up rewards gift. They were nice and warm, lightly salted and crispy. The salsa was pretty tasty, though a little thin. We all ordered the smash burgers with fries. I got the cup of chili, it was tasty, not to spicy but the chili powder taste came thru really strong. (Much stronger than I prefer and I make chili all the time). My wife and daughter ordered the salads. Both said the salads were really good and the ingredients were obviously fresh. The burgers were prepared as requested. The meal deal included a drink too. Overall the food was pretty good. We arrived shortly after the lunch rush, restaurant was not very crowded. Lots of servers were around. Took awhile for the hostess to seat us. Our server was very friendly, (we had other servers too) but the overall attention was lacking. Due to this, my wife decided she didn't want to wate her time waiting for her free desert (today was her 50th birthday)...(Yes, thanks Chili's I'm gonna here about this during the drive home to Galax). The silverware packets left for us ...3 total only contained one knife between all 3 and it was dirty. Never was able to get it replaced or more knives brought to us. The restaurant was clean, bathrooms were clean. The feeling and mood was pleasant. We don't come to WS very often. I'll give Chili's another try...there's one in Mt. Airy, NC (only about 30 minutes from my house) but the lack of service has turned me away from this location.

Burgers were amazing! Normally, our fries are too. Unfortunately, not this time. they weren't very warm and were on the hard side. 1st time ever that all my food didn't come out perfect. It's still one of my all-time favorite restaurants to eat at. Will definitely go back!

This Chili’s is honestly a 5 all around. The team members are very attentive and friendly, and you can hear their continued communication with management to get food out in a timely manner. The food was fresh, very plentiful and flavorful. Plus the drinks are creative and reasonably priced. This location has it down pat from food and service to atmosphere and value. I did sit at the bar, so I can’t speak on the servers, but the bartender was on it. Also, there’s a good amount of parking but it looks like they get pretty busy around 5:30pm. There were already groups waiting for tables to open up by 6pm.

Everything is overpriced and not that good. The triple dipper is like twenty bucks and they bring you two cheese sticks. My wife ordered nachos for 12 bucks and this is what we got in the image. What are those?

NEVER GOING BACK Wait to be seated was around 20 mins I was with my 15 YO daughter, we did not order appetizers as we were hungry and knew what we wanted. The waitress took our orders and disappeared, can back with our drinks and we never saw her again, after a long wait, I asked if we could have some chips as the wait was long, those came pretty quickly and she disappeared again. Time went by and by the time I was about to ask my order was cancelled, the server arrived with our lunches. I was no hungry anymore, asked for 2 boxes and left. I am never visiting again.
